The staff was very helpful. We had a lot of luggage and because there was no trolley to carry the luggage in the receptionist offered his help to carry some of the luggage from the car to the room. Breakfast was very nice, good choices for everyone, room was spacious and clean, the pool we didn't use because we were there at the end of October and there was no time but it looks great. The gardens and the pool of the hotel are beautiful, clean and maintained well. The dining room has got a view of the nice garden, very pleasant to dine in there. We were very happy with the parking facilities too. Location is great in order to get to the Royal Palace and train station - both are in walking distance. We would go back to the hotel again, if it was located in a different city.

The hotel was really good. Nothing of the following is a reflection of their services. The town of Caserta is not nice, shabby shops around, garbage on the streets, dirty, the entry to the Royal Palace is a disgrace, weeds and dirt and dog droppings were everywhere in October, no flowers, plants or anything nice in the front garden. Very sad. The city council or whoever is in charge should hold their head in shame to let such a jewel in such a sad state.

We stayed at the Villa Maria Cristina in Casserta as we wanted to visit Naples but did not want to leave an car with English plates there. Naples half an hour by train. Air con, comfy beds, room, pool, breakfast all great. My Americano coffee at breakfast was exceptional. Parking underground was secure. We were entertained by the pool by a robot grass mower which constantly roamed around. Very good fish restaurant 7 mins away, also Main Street was near which had more restaurants and shops. The palace is well worth a visit.

Not the hotels fault but Casserta is typical of many towns in the south by being a bit run down. That being said at no point did I feel uneasy about walking around. Underground parking was down a narrow curved slope. Felt I needed my partner at the top to make sure that no one was coming the other way!

Room was large. Nice toiletries. Air conditioning was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Wi-Fi was terrible, in fact never able to connect. Had to pay for use of pool towel. Very difficult to get a drink from the bar. Staff seemed rushed and unhappy, there was a strange vibe with the staff members. Restaurant was too big for them to cope, waiting staff wearing ear pieces meant they were pre occupied and actually ignoring the customers.

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The decor and building itself are open and nice. And we loved the swimming pool. The staff were also very nice. There was not only AC in the room but also an additional fan. Finally, I ate at the restaurant for lunch and it was very tasty

There were no extra pillows in the room, and when we asked for an iron (we were going to a wedding) they said there was none available which isn't ideal when you've travelled with wedding outfits. Breakfast was ok, but it felt that there was not always quite enough for everyone of the savoury/bread options

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a large garden and green space around it that is pleasant. Secure on-site parking is provided.

The room was stuffy. Probably because it was a Saturday there was noise from group parties. The breakfast buffet was not replenished with still an hour remaining.

Everything! The staff especially was extremely helpful in arranging transport from the hotel to my family's village 1 hour drive north of the hotel. The taxi driver even picked us up at around 11:30pm when we left my family's village to return back to the hotel (as arranged by the staff members). Truly a remarkable experience, and we will definitely be returning to this hotel for a longer stay (we were not here long enough to truly appreciate everything the hotel has to offer!)

Super friendly and helpful staff! Secure onsite parking, huge plus. Pizzeria/restaurant onsite was really convenient and had amazing pizzas(recommend reservations).

We didn’t rate higher due to small maintenance issues (peeling paint and toilet didn’t flush properly) and our room was right above the restaurant, so noise didn’t end until after midnight. We didn’t mind since it was a Friday night and we only stayed overnight, so it was expected.

Pool was not ready when i checked in - Breakfast is good, and hotel STAFF are very friendly

MUSIC was very loud when parties were held until at the restaurant until mid night. We were very tired but could not sleep.... and one Restaurant staff - manager? was not friendly at all. I was very uncomfortable.

Great position, walking distance from Reggia di Caserta main entrance gate, and great staff, really helpful and friendly. Also the restaurants is very good. :)

The rooms (and in general all the building) need some renovation; they're clean, but they've just seen better times. Also especially during weekends it can be quite loud because the rooms are the opposite of soundproofed. :(

Nice garden with swimming pool. Situated quite nicely and quitely, but only a short walking distance from the centre, train station and the caserta palace. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Well appreciated.
