1. Located right in the city center. It's an elite and prosperous district of Naples. Central square and palace are 4 minutes away. Famous gallery is a 7-minute walk. 2. The windows overlook the sea. Promenade and beaches are nearby. 3. The room has everything you need. Iron, dryer, safe, towel set, candles, water, tea/coffee, coffee machine, etc. 4. The room is very clean. Cleaning service is provided. Beautiful fresh renovation. Key card access. 6. The hosts are extremely hospitable, always available. They help with everything. Helped organize airport transfer. 7. Good room size. There are 2 open balconies. It's quiet enough.

I didn't notice any downsides. I enjoyed everything very much, I would happily stay here again. Many thanks for the excellent service! 10 out of 10.

Amazing B&B! Such a peaceful and refined accommodation in the midst of a very vibrant and eclectic city! Breakfast was plentiful and served with class in our room. The option of having a hot breakfast as opposed to a continental was appreciated. The owners and Hector are wonderfully kind hosts, we were greeted with warmth and sincerity! Attention to detail makes Orsini46 stand alone from likened accommodations. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely everything! This property is perfect! Rooms are beautiful, it’s in the perfect location, central to the port, only about 10/15 minutes to walk to the direct ferry to Positano/Amalfi/Capri. The Japanese restaurant Osaka directly opposite had the best all you can eat menu! St Lucia Promenade is literally a few steps away… Gabrielle & Manuel are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast is delivered on a beautiful tray to your room, so much choice! They even let us leave our main luggage with them for a couple of days whilst we visited Positano for my birthday! Much appreciated to only have to take a small carry on bag on the ferry :) We highly recommend this B&B to anyone that is considering a stay in Naples, we hope to return one day. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

As many people have already said, the rooms are beautiful and very well presented. The location is ideal, on the edge of the central zone of Naples. What marks this place out is the kindness and care that the hosts show to their guests. Everything from the advice shared on where to eat to the help with travel plans is freely given. Do not hesitate to book as you wont find better in Naples.

A very welcome welcome after a long day of travel Gabrielle met us on arrival and was very friendly and informative The building and room were beautiful and clean and everything was very well presented including breakfast which was delicious with plenty of choice The air con was lovely as it was quite a hot day I especially liked the flowers on the balcony and the flower on the breakfast tray - nice little touches which demonstrate the level of care and attention given at this property And importantly for me travelling alone with my young son I felt safe and secure here I only wish we had stayed longer Oh and my son was pleased to see Netflix and You Tube were available for our downtime!

Superb location to explore the city. You dont even need the metro or a taxi you can walk to every highlight. Superb bars and pizzerias are nerby. The staff were super kind and helpful. The room was perfect, even with a street balcony. I suggest you to trust the guildlines of the staff, we never went to the Bourboun tunnels if they are not suggesting it, but it was an amazing experinece. Go and explore the city from here! Defenity will come back here.

We had a little trouble arriving late on a rainy evening when the front doors were closed and didn’t realize the B&B was on the third floor of a residential building but got it figured out. Bit of a learning curve on old elevators! Residents of the building were helpful getting us to the right place.

The room size and balcony with sea view. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee making facilities. Choosing breakfast the night before and it being brought on a really nicely laid out trolley. Good shower. Hosts who were special. Friendly and helpful.

Gabriele was very welcoming, offered lots of suggestions for things to do, places to eat and drink etc. Before we arrived provided helpful instructions how to get there from the airport and arranged a taxi for us back. Location was very good. Room was comfortable, nice balcony with side view of the sea. Highly recommended. Thank you!
