The location is amazing, and you have a lot to visit within a 10 minutes walk. Also, is close to some markets and near the Piazza del Plebiscito. Also, very close to Via Toledo and the Quartieri Spagnoli

The shower space is very small, so if you are big, be aware that you will have some dificulties to fit in that space. Also, would be better to use the kitchen with some direct light on, because above the sink there is no lamp.

great communication. very helpful with arranging our arrival, especially since we were late. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days.

the bathroom was cobbled together. we are fit and in good shape but the shower was VERY small ( size of a phone booth) plumbing /drainage was bad. electrical outlets were limited (1). kitchen was not stocked with adequate dishes and flatware. the towels looked dirty when they were “clean”. mold in bathroom and A/C needs cleaning

The accomodation was close to the Conference Center. The room was cleaned every day. I found an air conditioner installed, flat TV, hair dryer, fast internet. A DeSpar store was in 50m. I liked walking along the sea side, on the promenade. There were lots of good restaurants. I got keys to the building, freely came and went. The breakfast across the street was delicious. The taxi that took me to the airport came in time.

The toiletries were: 10ml plastic bags with shower gel. There were no soap or shampoo. I was told that the airport shuttle costs 15EUR, but a taxi came and the driver asked 30EUR (the car had no taxameter, he gave no receipt, credit card was not accepted). I still did not get the invoice about my stay, although asked from the owner. The window faced to a noisy street.

The breakfast right across the street was excellent.

We were charged a hidden fee of €10 for late check-in (after 20:00). It wasn't indicated clearly at the time of booking and I only learned about it after arriving and trying to reach Marco for 30min. The room had two windows facing a busy street, it was quite noisy late in the night.

Excellent location. Supermarkets very near near by. Good public transport. Within walking distance of some of Napolis central attractions, but that's if you are a good walker. If not, take the bus just across the street.

No parking. very hard to find parking in the area on the street. Garages are there all around - and were mostly available - although it was cheaper for us to park the 1 night on the street for 10 Euros than 20-25 flat 24 hour rate in a garage. They forgot to turn on the water heater first night. The neighborhood was kind of noisy at times. Our room was situated right above an active established and legal betting house. Although legal - they became quite noisy at times, especially after 22:00. so take note of that.
