The b&B is an easy walk from the ferry terminal where you can also pick up the airport bus or get on the metro. It's in a quiet street in Santa Lucia which has a number of good restaurants. Our room was stylish and surprisingly large with double aspect windows, one of which had a view of the Bay of Naples. They kindly provided a packed breakfast on our last morning as we had an early flight

The B&B is on the first floor of a beautiful old building and when we first arrived the outside door was closed and we couldn't get in - we didn't have the code for Casa Victoria and there wasn't a buzzer- fortunately after several minutes someone left the building and we could get in. It would be helpful to provide the code before arrival. Also be aware that reception isn't open most of the day and it's not possible to leave bags there - not a problem for us with our early flight home but it might have been with a later flight

The staff- Elissa and Lori were so helpful and friendly and this really assisted us. Elissa helped book taxis and explain all the necessities on arrival after I had trouble communicating via phone with my roaming. She was wonderful. Lori provided great hospitality at breakfasts and kindness. The location was safe.

No Access to a toilet after check out and when leaving luggage and waiting for plane, however appreciated waiting in the communal area on lounges in a safe, comfortable setting after our plane was scheduled for a much later departure.

Excellent location, room is super comfortable, renewed and clean. Service is outstanding: We arrived in Naples before check in time and got easy orientation on how to leave our luggage in the lobby; left before breakfast the 2 morning and they arranged a box of breakfast for us. Bed is great, bathroom amenities smell soo good! Would definitely come back here when in Napoli again!

Fantastic staff, very welcoming and helpful! TOP! Location was perfect, close to center, nice neighbourhood and variety of good places to eat out. Room and common facilities are very nicely equipped, comfortable bed and lovely shower. You really appreciate the possibility to grab a cup of tea and local sweets. Breakfast with mostly all you need. Last but not least, staff ladies were super nice to treat me with a local specialty for my b-day :)

Not that didn’t like, rather a suggestion for full perfection :-) Would be great to have few greens with breakfast. Also would be convenient to have a bathroom in common area.

Very well located near the port and the Spanish quarter. Very clean and modernly refurbished. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the sound proofing which was really bad. I could hear not only my neighbours talking next door with their TV on but also the neighbours upstairs who may be a family with a kid who stampeded constantly. Also you’ll hear constant slamming of doors from the corridor. Definitely bring hear plugs or noise cancelling headphones.

A great, modern, boutique hotel in a very good location, with a very simple self check-in. Exceptional staff, who allowed check-in before check in hours and leave luggage after check-out. Breakfast was simple, but everything you need, very nicely served. According to our request, the lady who served at breakfast ordered a taxi for the specified hour, which arrived at the agreed time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Water pressure in the bath

Safe location at Santa Lucia marina with many restaurants close by. Large comfortable room with airconditioning. Breakfast is located in the foyer where you check in/out but it works. Breakfast is simple, casual but nice. Fresh filtered water is supplied at no cost which is a bonus. Host speaks English and is happy to help with any questions. Few rooms with accommodation located on 1st floor of the building with lift and stairs.

Property is not well signed so a little difficult to find.

The staff was lovely, the breakfasts to go were thoughtful and great, allowing us to meet our pre-scheduled tours. Location is a block from the ocean and there is a little beach. There are several area restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was modern and clean. Shower was A+

The beds were a little too firm for my back, but otherwise comfortable.

Great location! Very clean and nice room. Good hard bed. ) in a nice old building in a great neighbourhood! )and yet nearby the main street (Toledo) and old historic small Napolitano streets) Location supermarket and pizzeria just behind the corner. Walking distance (800m) from the airport shuttle terminal )maritime endstation) which takes you for 5 euro in a half hour to and from the airport )busses are every 10 minutes) Enjoyed our stay very much. A bit unfortunate breakfast starts at 8 to 10 we had to leave at 7u40 for our excursions. So we barely got a to get a quick expresso since the kitchenaid only arrived at 7u30 and had not had time to install breakfast I recommend this stay amd we certainly would book again (especially for the location)

Friendly staff that gave me recommendations for dinner etc, good location just one street off the lungomare, felt safe walking about after sunset. Loved that they had a water machine and a kettle for making tea in the kitchen area. Breakfast was a mix of sweet and savoury and was just enough. Room was large, AC worked well and bathroom had everything you needed.

Could hear the people in the next room at times at night which was a bit annoying when I was trying to sleep. It would be great if they had the option of Netflix etc on the tv (couldn’t see it if they did).
