I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, which I got. The location of the hotel is close to the ferry port, and very central to shops. The breakfast was included and was substantial. The hotel is very nice inside and the staff is helpful. The hotel allowed us to check in several hours early which was very appreciative.

The walls are thin between rooms. I could hear the conversation my neighbor was having. Although, that would not prevent me from booking with them again. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location in a tranquil region of the city by lungomare. Staff, specially at the restaurant, was very nice.

Needs renovating. Very old style, classical is is ok, but all furnitures have seen better days. Bedrooms same thing… needs renovation. The problem is not the classical style, but everything is very old

A grand hotel in an absolutely beautiful part of Naples… the Santa Lucia area, which is on the Bay of Naples. From our hotel window, we could see Vesuvius, the island of Capri, as well as the beautiful coastline of Naples. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful. Many excellent restaurants are all along the bay with stunning views. You’re not far from the historical center of Naples. By taxi, within 10-15 minutes.

The lobby & breakfast room was not clean as it used to be. Room looks old due to scratches on the walls of the room (however housekeeping was 5 star). The room was in front of the cleaning stuff room. Too much noise in the mornings. In addition, even when someone passes the corridors all the noise was in the room, early in the morning and late in the evening.

Family owned business. Very attentive staff.

Breakfast buffet could improve. Standard room bathroom very small but I believe some are bigger. On bringing this to their attention we received an upgrade so can’t complain! Very accommodating and friendly.

Location excellent, dinner was great too. Staff at dinner was first class. Menu was limited but good.

Room had no bathrobe in batrhoom, Water was never hot, few large towels coming out of shower. Service at breakfast was mediocre. Staff waited for selection rather than being proactive. We had to ask for salt and pepper, then for butter etc etc

The location is amazing; the room was very large; housekeeping excellent.

It was very bright in the room at night (the hallway lights do not go off at night and there are big gaps in the door frame) and also very loud, if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you can hear every sound from the hallway.

The ambience, although reception staff no where near as friendly as they used to be years ago. Nevertheless. I still love The Santa Lucia.

Although reception staff a bit aloof, I would still return. Tell them to be like the Neopolitans of old, so warm!!!

Location. Comfortable bed, great shower

Room was cold. Heat didn’t work. Breakfast was cold. Rolls weren’t fresh. When we checked in woman at desk wasn’t friendly. I booked a taxi through booking was $86 round trip. Hotel wanted $90 one way. Actual taxi prices were cheaper

The location by the Napoli riviera was amazing and super close to some amazing seafood restaurants. Easy to get to town by foot or a taxi. The hotel was very authentic and Italian stylish. The room was nice and cozy with view to the sea
