Very central location in a quiet building. Even if I stayed only one night, alone, comfortable room, very clean. Plenty of restaurants and bar in the immediate surroundings.

Staff slightly slow in responding to communications: via Booking message service, I requested the possibility to have an earlier breakfast ... response never received, even if the system is what they used to inform me regarding check-in etc. Also, requested a receipt because of a business trip but after few working hours still no response ... I can understand, it might be an unfortunate coincidence of a particular busy day ...

Great experience! Skyhouse Chiatamone is perfectly located to enjoy both the seafront (just around he corner) and the city centre (at walking distance). At breakfast we were provided a wide variety of delicious sweet options from the local bakeries. I learnt a lot about Napoli's culture and architecture thanks to the very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff/host who welcomed us at breakfast. The room was very comfortable and very quite at night away from the late night noise in the busy streets of Napoli

I would recommend to replace some of the sweet options offered at breakfast with fruit and some savoury alternative

We only stayed here for one night and it was a great place. Staff all very helpful and a very comfortable room. Facilities all great and really comfy bed!

Small criticism is that you don’t have direct access to a balcony and as the route to the balcony is shared I felt we didn’t want to curtains open to let in natural light. Not a huge issue as we didn’t spend tons of time in the room but maybe would have been an issue had we been saying longer.

Excellent facilities. Perfect for a short weekend trip. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Shower was very powerful which is nice as sometimes in hotels the showers are not great. Toilet flush needed to be pressed a few times to make it flush. Did not find out how to use the flush until the morning 😂 Communication was great and simple. Location is brilliant, there are lots of great at restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful, didn’t speak much English but not an issue as still able to communicate important things. I left my bags in the reception after checkout, which is a great service. There was no changing facilities available but the staff let me change in the cleaning cupboard which was helpful before my flight as I’d been sweating all day from lots of walking.

Sharing single table for breakfast with other guests was a little strange. Felt awkward. There is no mobile receptions/signal in the building but there is free WiFi which is good. No cutlery for eating in room. Would be nice to have as an option. The room did not have blackout curtains so the room was not pitch black when sleeping. Not an issue for me but if I was with my partner he would have struggled to sleep. It would be nice to have option of using toilet when collecting luggage later in the day after checkout. And also to be able to change.

Location of the accommodation is perfect, bus stops nearby, few minutes walk to the center and the coastline, many good restaurants nearby as well. The room was very spacious and clean, the entire guest house is modern and stylish, be (mattress) was comfy to me. Breakfast included plenty of sweet cakes and cookies, but also bread ham and cheese was available. But in general, it's a rather sweet breakfast. The lady serving the breakfast was super friendly and nice, despite some language barriers (our Italian is not very well developed)... The guest house offers self-check in, everything went smooth and without any complications.

Breakfast could have included some more fresh fruits.

It was really a modern and spacious room with great mood lighting and free WiFi. It was right on the seafront and in walking distance of Naples city centre. We had a friendly and accommodating member of staff serving us breakfast each morning and a large variety of fresh food was laid out everyday. It was a great experience of an Italian breakfast.

We waited for over an hour to get into the property, only to discover that we needed access to the internet in order to enter the property. Being English, we didn’t have free access to the internet and we had to use someone else’s phone to call the property staff and get the wifi code. We were also confined to our rooms. There was a lounge space but it seemed to be off bounds for guests.

The breakfast was minimal, the location is great, having a lift which takes some change is a bit odd. Clean but you dont feel like home.

The walls are thin and you can hear guest in another room. The staff hardly spoke english.

Nice comfortable room, very modern. Good size. Good bathroom. Easy check-in. Great location. Very close to waterfront & Castle Ovo. Many restaurants located on the waterfront.

Elevator was very small and old. Units were located only 1 floor up, so it was easy to walk up & down, stairs were large.
