A beautiful unique B&B just off the coast of Naples within walking distance of all main attractions. This is somewhere I would definitely stay again. Due to a late arrival we had to self check in but it wasn't difficult as we received instructions prior to coming. The apartments are in a secure building on the third floor accessible via stairs or a lift. We chose to take the stairs each day to help burn off all of the Napoli cakes and pizza that we ate! Marco was kind enough to point us in the direction of the best sites and someone is always available on Whatsapp should you need them. Isabella kindly made us a breakfast to take on our day trip as the pick up was before breakfast service in the B&B. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. There is a mini bar in the room and tea and coffee is available all day in the communal kitchen(which is very clean.) Thank you for arranging our taxi back to the airport at the fixed rate. Unless you can speak Italian be prepared to be conned by the airport taxis on arrival. We knew prior to coming that the price is €28 from Naples airport to the B&B but the taxi driver was having none of it. At first he wanted €75 then we got him down to €40. Overall a great stay and great location, and perfect if you want to visit the Amalfi coast like we did with a pick up point just around the corner. See you next year!

There was nothing I didn't like about this stay but just as a suggestion maybe a few more toiletries available in the bathroom for guests and maybe a tea/coffee station in the room.

The property was very clean and modern. It was in a great location, a minute walk from the beach walkway and restaurants. The rooms were large and included a stocked minibar available for purchase. The staff were extremely helpful aiding in self check in since I was unable to check in by 8 pm. Breakfast was very good and fresh. They prepare amazing cappuccinos as well! They are partnered with a parking garage called “Parking Chiatamone” on via Chiatamone 26. You pass the hotel and the garage is about a minute down the road on the left side. They charged us a hotel guest rate of 30 euro for 24 hours.

The hotel is on the third floor with a small elevator that requires 10 cent euro to use. Be aware of this in case you don’t want to carry luggage up 3 large flights of stairs!

We had a truly unforgettable stay here during our honeymoon. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were especially impressed by the variety of homemade baked goods prepared by his mother — every single one was delicious! If we ever come back to Naples, we will definitely stay here again. We strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. My wife was deeply touched by the experience and even said that this stay was more special than any of the luxury hotels we’ve visited. It was the highlight of our trip!

Rooms were large and uniquely themed . The breakfasts were one of the best we’ve had with fresh baked pastries, fruit and plenty of coffee. The staff were very attentive and available at a reception desk. They worked with booking.com to secure a refund when we had to cancel the last date due to booking error. The location was a block from boardwalk near the port. Plenty of good restaurants within a five min walk. Strange little elevator that required a dime to ride…but they gave us dimes to use😎 Bus stops were within a few blocks …but metro stations were 10 to 15 min walk.

The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet as there were 2 doors in a room. The design was cute as well. There was no kettle or coffee maker (as well as cutlery) in a room, but there was a good one in a common area (dining area). Staffs are kind, friendly, and very informative. They told me lots of places to watch in Naples. I couldn't do enough research before the trip so it was very helpful. The loation is not very close to the center of the city and many sightseeing spots, but as the neighborhood is comparatively safe and decent, it's really up to you whether to take location first or safety first. I enjoyed many fancy restaurants and walking along the ocean nearby this place. There were a lot of breakfast options. I enjoyed the Naples' traditional meal. The elevator in the building was a little bit confusing but I was getting used to it eventually.

The location is simply great - quiet yet a 15/20 mins walk from tons of bar, restaurants and some of the main touristic highlights (or the closest tube stop). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you are well equipped with all the information you need to make your stay in Naples as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is also of a very good quality - especially the selection of cakes and sweets available!

Only minor point to notice - as it may be slightly annoying for light sleepers - though the property is generally extremely quiet at night, our room was opening directly into the breakfast lounge. It was not a problem for us, but if you’re planning to sleep in a tad bit longer, you may find this to be a bit difficult as it can be quite noisy outside.

We really enjoyed the neighborhood — it was quiet and pleasant, yet just a short walk from the Spanish Quarters and the funicular. The staff was very polite: when we had trouble finding the hotel, the receptionist quickly answered our call and clearly explained how to get there. Our room was clean, neat, and quiet, and we also liked the breakfast.

A small downside was the broken shower holder.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were updated with modern decor. The small balcony was an added bonus. Also, the gentleman at the front desk allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready and provided us with a bag breakfast since our flight was early.

The entrance was a little confusing since there are four hotel properties sharing the same building. A sign stating to ring the bell would have been helpful.

Everything was perfect - the staff - smiley, friendly and very helpful; the location - perfect - safe, near the ferry port, a lot of restaurants, meters away from the water, walks on the promenade; near shops and everything you need; very clean and pleasand place; home made breakfast! Highly recomment this place for stay in Naples!

The host was great, really accommodating and helped us to book the following days early taxi to the airport. As we were leaving before breakfast he even bagged up a light breakfast for us and left outside our room which was lovely. The room is a good size and there are plenty of amenities such as a lift, hairdryer, towels, vending machine, coffee etc. The decoration is very quirky, lots to look at!

Whilst the room was clean it was a little frayed around the edges, the bathroom had some mould in the shower and the air conditioning unit leaked water- however I’ve have been assured that this would be looked at the following day after my feedback. The B&B is really close to the port and harbour and shopping area but not in the best location for the main Centro Storico/Via Tribunali area.
