The location was brilliant:the sea front just round the corner,a walk away from the city centre, dozens of great restaurants a few minutes away. The Bourbon House itself was stylishly decorated,clean(the room was cleaned daily+the towels changed and toiletries topped up).The staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful.If you don't speak Italian, don't worry, someone will speak English.We LOVED the breakfast there! Delicious Italian coffee(quite naturally:)and a choice of traditional or continental cakes and pastries+savory options. Air conditioning felt like heaven returning from the hot oven of +30! Simply delightful:))))))

Wasn't a problem for us,but if your mobility isn't great,it's about three flights of stairs walk to the B&B.

Friendly staff helped with luggage when we arrived . They also booked a taxi for us for the airport when we departed

Be aware there are several steps to get to the lift, so you need to carry your luggage up about 8-10 steps. Lift is very small. You must get your luggage from room down to the entrance to catch taxi when leaving. A bit cumbersome but a unique experience.

I was concerned about some problems described in previous reviews due to the fact that 2 or 3 B&B share the same floor in the building. In fact there was no problem at all, including check-in, staff was friendly also at breakfast. The rooms are large and clean with courtyard view and external noise is not a problem. The nearest bus station is 150 m away. Bus drivers are sometime nervous and will not help you. Also be careful if you buy bus tickets from tabbachi store.

Good location, comfortable room. The breakfast was better what we expected. The elevator costs 10 cents, but only to go down. Go up is free of charge

At night you can hear dogs barking, presumably from neighboring houses. But it didn't really interfere with our sleep.

It is a very pleasant small hotel, just some meters from Lungomare di Napoli and Chiaia with all the restaurants and bars is just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed the breakfast with a nice choice and very pleasant service which saves from the hassle of typical buffet style breakfast.

It is not straightforward negative but as the reception is open until 19:00 there are some extra issues when you have later arrival. The staff is very helpful and you can do the self check-in but you need to prepare and make yourself aware about finding keys, presenting documents in advance etc.

The staff was very nice and heplful when needed. The room had a great size and a big bathroom. Breakfast was nice but a bit limited. Loved that they made coffee just for you.

The only thing that was dissapointing was the balcony in the room. When we booked the Deluxe room one of the features stated on Booking.com is a balcony, which wasn't there. It was more like a French balcony at best.

Great location, lots of character in the rooms and common spaces. Room was very spacious. Very nice staff. Breakfast was good (Italian style). Clean.

Some minor work needed in the room (Eg toilet is noisy when flushed, sink tap is wobbly, bidet plug not working). Nothing major but should really be fixed.

Room was large and well decorated. Bed was comfortable though not sure about the circular base. Good to have a fridge in the the room. Bathroom was nice.

The only think which was a not as expected was breakfast. This was quite limited and croissants not as fresh as could have been though the bread was fresh. If the breakfast could be improved would have upped my rating.

Super cute, really clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated for the holidays!

The elevator was a bit small and a little difficult to maneuver my large suitcase in and out, but it was not a big deal.

The location. Close to the promenade and bus stop right infront of the property. Breakfast had a nice spread (Italian breakfast).

There was a pervasive smell in the bathroom that was very unpleasant.
