The room was huge and had a Jacuzzi! The staff were friendly and professional. The location was perfect: Chiaia is a nice neighborhood and you can get to most of the main attractions in Napoli pretty easily by foot. The Chiaia metro station was barely working while we were there (one small train every 30-40 minutes and only for a few hours in the morning, in our experience), but the station itself is a work of art. I'm sure the metro line will get fixed at some point and then the hotel will be even better connected.

Well maintained rooms, secure location, comfortable and clean. Excellent communication prior to stay, suggested trusted reasonably priced taxi driver for transfers. Happy to store luggage safely after check out so we could enjoy Naples further before our flight. Great location in a calmer area of Naples but only a short stroll into the main tourist areas, allowing access to the main sights without staying in the hustle and bustle of the crowded streets. Choice of lovely bars and resturants in the area. We stayed in the suites, which gave us plenty of room. The layout with the two sleeping areas separated by a breakfast bar, allowed us to share a room with teenage son, without feeling we were all cramped together. Kitchenette available if wishing to cook. Well maintained, modern bathroom facilities. Overall a great choice for a stay in Naples close to the main sites but in a quieter, less crowded neighbourhood

Great location in the upscale yet unpretentious neighborhood of Chiaia. Secure building located just a few minutes walk to the sea with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping within your grasp. Generous and helpful host makes checking in and out a breeze. Clean room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

Clean, modern, functional. In a gated property and a 24/7 lobby personnel. Great location in Chiaia, out of the very busy Toledo and Quartieri Spagnoli, but only 8 minutes walk to it. The metro station is 2 minutes away and the bus stops are 5. In the very close piazza dei Martiri, taxis ready to go and a very unique position to walk through Via Dei Mille.

The hotel/apartments are located in a building on the third floor with two elevators, 24/7 security guard at the entrance of the building, very clean and safe. Our studio was large with seating area, a small kitchenette and coffee machine, clean and comfortable. The area is wonderful, next to the Piazza dei Martiri with beautiful historic buildings, lots of restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafes etc. Massimo was perfect host, he greeted us and explained everything, even organised our train station pick up and drop off, as well providing great recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants etc. We highly recommend Delco and we will be back.

Nothing, everything was good

Everything. It is clean, it is modern, it is safe (it is a beautiful apartments building with closed door and guard at the entrance), it is in the best area for visiting Napoli (the beautiful and clean part of Napoli), they are in permanent communication with the clients (they respond even at 23:00 in the night) and it was even better than the pictures from booking site.

It was the third time visiting Napoli and the best choice for staying. Safe, clean, modern… and very important - the best position in Napoli!

This place is located near a pedestrian zone in Naples near Via Toledo. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are great and the shower is powerful too. There are several cafes to go eat breakfast, and there is also a Feltrinelli bookstore downstairs. Lots of places to do some shopping and to eat. There is also a taxi stand nearby.

It would be nice if they did not charge too much for the drinks in the fridge. Oh my!

The hotel it’s located in a nice area of town. 15 min walk to the Royal palace. The room was spacious and clean.

It was a bit tricky to find, as it’s on the 3rd floor of what it seems a residential building. There is no way of turning off the air conditioning (it is a bit noisy) without turning off the electricity in the room, which is a inconvenient when you need to charge things over night.

Nice, helpful people, clean room and perfect location

We asked for a wheelchair friendly room and it was perfect. Just the lift for coming up it is a but narrow for wheelchair...and it was not possible to park inside even with handicap permit...

The location of the room is in a good and safe neighbourhood. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall was pleasant

We been provided with very small bottles of shampoo and obviously were not enough for the shower.
