Return visit after 3 years. The same excellence. Very classy and comfortable. Clean, large room, comfy bed, fast wifi, reasonable minibar selection. Big bathroom, fluffy towels. Laptop sized safe. Breakfast with a good selection. Always super service and helpful staff. Good location with shops and wide choice of eating out all around, deli supermarket across the lane. 15 minutes walk to the aquarium and zoological museum, 20 minutes walk up to the centre waterfront. I would definitely visit again.

No views from the windows, but I wasn't worried. No tea or coffee in the room, but orderable from the bar

We were looking for a hotel with some character and this one has. In a great position the entrance on a side street in a nice neighbourhood of the city a short walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. A short taxi ride to the key locations the hotel organised a private hire airport transfer that worked perfectly. We were considering a rental car and so glad we didn't take that option. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations and bookings, they made the visit. The room was clean, good size, quiet and very comfortable. The small bar was the ideal spot for a nightcap. We will be back in Naples and stay here again.

Location was great, very close to the sea front, lots of shops and bars and restaurants all walking disctance. Room was modern and clean and had everything one needs.

breakfast could have been better. I know many people dont drink decaf coffee in Italy but one would hope to have better than instant decaff. Scambled eggs felt like made from ready mix rather than fresh. Limited options. Admitedly I didnt try the pastries. Overall no big deal but in the future I wouldnt select the breakfast included offer and get a cheaper room and explore the plentiful bakerries in walking distance

Naples is mostly a pass-through destination and this hotel is in one of the best areas. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance and access to shopping. It would also be an ideal location for those wanting to access the port for cruises. The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds with great linens, very clean and quiet. The bar was open until 11:00 and the breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful booking us cars to the airport the next day. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 6 women. We were surprised to find that each of our rooms had a twin bed and queen. The only option when booking was to book 3 rooms, but we could have easily fit in 2 rooms with this arrangement of twin+queen. Would have preferred for this to show up as an option when booking.

Location was very good, near shops/restaurants/etc....front desk staff was especially outstanding - suggesting great local restaurants (particularly the evening attendant...Pavone). Room clean and decorated at a high level. Breakfast staff was helpful, and the variety of food options was outstanding. Can't say enough about the people and the facility --- with one drawback.

View out the room window was terible...an ally-way that hadn't ben cleaned in years.

Great location!! Breakfast was excellent( real scrambled eggs). The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were cotton and we slept well here. Excellent gourmet market just down the street. Overall a pleasant experience.

I wish they would have left us water every day. They only give you two small bottles at the beginning of your stay. We paid almost $300 a night and it would have been nice to have water in our room. Maybe it is just one of my pet peeves.

Hotel location was great. Walking distance from shopping streets and the boardwalk. Taxi station 1 minute walk from the lobby. Well appointed room and lovely helpful staff prior and during our stay. Breakfast was nice and diverse, with lots to choose from.

We booked a 3 person room and the bed for the 3rd person was in a "nook", with limited space. It was okay, but not very roomy.

Location was perfect, central Naples allowed us to explore different parts each day. Staff were always available (we asked for kettle and cups to be put in room, and they were there when we returned). Room was clean and spacious for our needs (on city breaks we only sleep in them!). The room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking another building, but as we never looked out, it wasn’t a problem. I would suggest that none of the rooms had a view to shout about.

the only observation (not a real negative) was the lack of a kettle, cups and tea/coffee making in the room, once we asked they were delivered.

The location was superb. Name brand shops and good restaurants were in walking distance. Theater San Carlo was also in walking distance. The area felt very safe to walk around. A supermarket was just a few steps away. We loved dining experience at Umberto restaurant, just a few steps away. Taxi ride to molo Beverello, where you take express boat to Capri was about ten minutes away with taxi call, costing 12 Euros. Our flight into Naples was ten at night. It was only 20 min ride to the hotel. The room service was superb and our room was maintained very clean. The hotel was very quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast had both hot and cold item as well as fruits. Coffee was served to the table. Bed was very comfortably hard and linens felt fresh. Staff spoke very fluent English and were very willing to help when needed.

While the room was equipped with high technology security and pleasant amenities, I think the wall paper looks as though it will need to be replaced in couple of years.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Alabardieri. It was in a great location - surrounded by great restaurants and cafes that are a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others!
