Alma Suites is a fantastic place to stay during your travels. The room is incredibly comfortable, and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Marco, in particular, was always proactive and helpful with all our questions. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. The amenities offered by Alma Suites are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend Alma Suites for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.

The apartment was big, clean, modern , the beds were very comfortable for sleeping, the position of the Alma suits is perfect, near all the important places and attractions, and in the same time very quiet. The hospitality was exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend Alma Suits to anyone who visit Naples.

Absolutly lovely and comfortable suites located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, light, very clean and quiet. The hotel manager Marco was very welcoming, friendly and professional, managing all our requests and needs. So grateful to had an opportunity to meet such a great host! Would definitely recommend the apartements.

Our arrival was from the ferry port. A $20 cab for four with luggage. A little hard to find it by Google Maps as it is tucked into a quiet area in the shopping district, but management did communicate to us in advance. We booked two rooms and both were very clean, quiet, superb bedding and we appreciated the little details like water, coffee, snacks, wine etc...Walking distance to everything in Naples...from high end designers to local food and shops. We only wished we had more time in Naples to experience this amazing city! Thank you Claudia and Marco for your hospitality. We plan to be back again for more fun in Naples.

The room had all the things we needed and was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge and amazing and refreshments were available. The room was cleaned daily. Claudia was very helpful prior to arrival as well as upon arrival and was great with providing us with useful information for our stay. The owner, Marco was lovely. He was always available to ensure our stay was comfortable and minor things we requested he ensured to see to promptly. we throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Alma Suites.

It was a very nice place, very comfy, clean, good sleep (bed, pillows, air conditioning) and shower and close to nice places. Marco was an excellent host always prepared to help and give suggestions.

We liked most things but would suggest/appreciate a bigger frigobar to accomodate some dinks or delicacies and a bedside table to help.

By far the best accommodation in Napoli. Located in the beautiful, posh district of Chiaia, close to everything and anything. Walking distance to the seafront and 15min walk to historic centre; also close to the port, making it easy to hop on a ferry and visit the Amalfi coast. Amazing, spacious, bright room and big modern bathroom. Everything new, exceptional cleanliness (cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in), comfy bed, fresh flowers in the room, security 24/7. Big thanks to Marco, a great host, always helpful and available. Will definitely return.

The rooms are great! Newly remodeled, comfy beds, awesome bathrooms, generous size and cold AC. But the true star is Marco, the manager. He went above and beyond for us over and over. There was a taxi strike the day we arrived, and he found us in the city, loaded our bags and hauled them back to the rooms so we could go on to Pompei via train. Then there were still no taxis the next morning, so he drove us to the airport! Not sure what we would have done without him. Truly incredible!

Nice, comfortable and spacious room with modern, large bathroom and Air Conditioning! Don't be alarmed when you arrive, because it doesn't look like a traditional hotel. The hotel lobby is actually upstairs (2nd floor) in a multi-use building. We felt VERY safe and well-taken-care-of

The location is great--felt very safe, walkable to restaurants and shops, and convenient to transit, and the proprietor Marco was exceptionally helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance or advice. There is very little street noise because the apartments are on an interior courtyard. The interior is new, high quality, and sparkling clean, with the most comfortable beds of our entire trip. We even felt fine staying in on a rainy day. We hope to return to Alma Suites.
