I couldn't say a single bad word about this hotel. Our host at this beautiful place, Biagio went above and beyond. It really felt like we were staying with a friend and we were actually a bit sad to leave! I have never experienced this level of care and attention at a 5 star hotel before and it really made our stay hassle-free and an absolute pleasure. Biagio arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room each day which was really convenient for us. He also gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations, made us taxi reservations and was personally contactable via WhatsApp even outside of hours. He made us feel like nothing was too much for him. The location couldn't be better and despite being right in the middle of the shopping and restaurant area, the room was completely silent! We had access to fresh air and little balconies which was lovely. We felt very safe as the hotel is gated and manned with a security guard (and a cute little cat!) The bathroom was a good size and clean with a freestanding bath. The bed was so comfortable and the room size was very generous. The Samsung smart TV was the largest and best we have encountered in any 5 star hotel we have stayed and it was easy to screen cast from our phones. After a hectic day touring the city, it was nice being able to relax and watch a movie in the evening. There is lots of hanging space in the wardrobe and generally a lot of storage and desk areas so you can keep your things neat and organised. Housekeeping staff were really friendly, thorough and efficient. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Naples.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the historic centre, in a very pleasant upscale neighbourhood full of shops and restaurants. The building was old and stunning, very tastefully refurbished. Everything in the room was high quality: shower, mattress, coffee machine, tv, decor, bathroom. Staff was friendly and very helpful. This will definitely be our choice again on a return trip to Naples.

Our room was not very bright, due to the position of the large window, facing a courtyard. However, the window opened onto a private terrace. Also, the room was very well lit, with several lights and LED strips, which made it very cozy. In short: we loved the feel of the room but might not be for you if you want a very bright room. Beware that you will get to negotiate some stairs to get to the rooms (staff will take care of suitcases).

The team is the highlight of this accommodation. Biagio and his team were very professional, super-welcoming and offered us an extra perk when they noticed it was my partner’s birthday. They were always available to respond on whatsapp despite being very busy due to the Christmas holiday season. Location is super-central, in the hearth of Chiaia, and despite being close to all shops, restaurants and bars, the room is very comfortable and quiet. We happened to be in Naples in very cold days and their heating kept the room comfortably warm day and night.

Location is wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly (Biagio was great! so was Anna). The rooms are really spacious and lovely. Very clean and chic. Tons of stores, restaurants, right by the hotel. Like many Italian hotels, you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the main entrance. We handled it fine and feel the hotel was more than worth it. I will definitely stay here again. We had two rooms - one fit 3 people (King plus cot) the other was 4 people (King plus sofa bed) which was nice for us to have 2 rooms instead of 3 for our large family (adult kids). We left very early so we didn't take advantage of breakfast but there was coffee in the rooms and lobby, biscuits too.

Needs a little more signage in front of the hotel. Lots of stairs carrying luggage to the entrance - but we'd stay here again for sure.

Lovely stay with excellent beds, bedding etc. the only downside is the number of steps to get up to the Hotel, especially if you have a number of suitcases. On the other hand, the concierge Biaggi was absolutely fabulous. I was confused about whether we had prepaid or not and he very patiently walked me through the process. Even more important, he booked our rail ticket on to Rome and made recommendations for the next leg of the trip that were invaluable. Viva la Italia and Agra Suites for customer service

We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Agra suites! There were 13 of us on a girls trip to Naples. Biagio was extremely helpful from the time we booked the rooms. He helped us with booking taxis to and fro from the airport, suggested and made reservations at lovely restaurants for our dinners and arranged for our day trips during our stay. All this made our trip smooth and carefree. Communication was excellent and prompt. The accommodation itself is well located with rooms that have been recently furnished to an a high standard and comfortable beds. The air conditioning provided welcome respite from the hot weather outside. Breakfast was included and was scrumptious. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation for anyone who wants a lovely stay in Naples and would definitely stay if we ever were to revisit Naples. Thanks Biagio once again for all your help!

The rooms are fresh, super modern and well renovated. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linen. The quality of the cupboards and bathroom (shower with a proper flow) are an added bonus. A host like Biagio makes the stay exceptional: he gives input to activities and provides links to book, guiding you at every step of the way. Location is behind the port which is a key feature so there’s no view; but bonus was that it was quiet and still just a few minutes away from the waterfront.

The staff was really helpful, kind and very friendly. Helped us a lot organising a group guided tour to Pompei and Vesuvius, which is highly recommended. Location is excellent just 15 min walk to Piaza Plebiscito, Via Toledo, Castle dell´Ovo, the seafront...! The room was very comfortable for a family of 4. With Netflix! Good room heating temperature.

Our stay was really good and I highly recommend it! The following are just small suggestion improvements. The breakfast was ok but limited in choices compared with other accommodations. The bathroom water taps are fancy but a bit difficult to use, not so user friendly to control de water flow and temperature. Light in the mirror area of bathroom could be added.

Agra Suites is situated in a beautiful palace in the charming neighborhood of Chiaia. The location is perfect for visiting the city, as you can reach quite many sites by foot. There is also a metro and funicular station nearby, if you do not feel like walking too much. Agra Suites itself is stunning - you feel like entering a world of its own. The rooms are modern and full of pretty details and very comfortable. Breakfast is served at the Caffè on the ground floor of the building and we also enjoyed it quite a lot. Biagio, the owner, and Anna are exceptional people - a special shoutout to them. Another stay at Agra Suites would definitely be a reason for us to go back to Naples which we definitely want to do. In the meantime we can only highly recommend it!

Great location. Close to the waterfront as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. Communication from Biagio prior to our stay was excellent. He was very helpful in organising transport and explaining the metro/ train system to us. During our stay, communication continued to be excellent - Isuru was very friendly and always happy to help.

Room was smaller than expected and the balcony sadly is only a side balcony, not big enough to sit out on and only catching some sun in the early morning. Breakfast was hit and miss - we ordered the same thing every day but got different things served every day. We thought it was quite funny really to see what they felt like serving us that day but I can see that this could be an issue for some, especially if specific dietary requirements.
