Very nice place, close to the long beach, close to the Chiaia area, close to one of the most famous pizzeria. The views from the balconies are nice, including a typical street, and a little bit of the beach. The location for the breakfast is a very nice bar (but a relative limited choice for the standard breakfast). With an impressive choice of products for other moments of the day, in particular whiskies. Private, monitored parking inside the garden of the Palazzo (for money, but in Napoli, a good parking has a lot of value). Good service , good modern equipments (bathroom, kitchen,...) Good air conditionning (it was a very hot period)

Minor details : We had two rooms, one of them was less comfortable due to an almost vertical scale to access the main room and a lack of light. (but I want to come back anyway)

Daniela was amazing. She was attentive, helpful, and lovely. She is the true soul of the place and makes your stay unforgettable. The room was big enough, the bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was amazing. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach or to the centre.

I wouldn't call breakfast a small piece of sweet and a coffee, but maybe I eat too much for breakfast, and I should be cutting quantity 😅

The B &B was very clean and modern, and the building that it was situated in was typical Rome, with the stairs and tall doorway to the building. I liked that the property was clean and updated and had a lift. And the view of the wonderful sunset and sunrise off the ocean could not be described other than to say fantastical. Breakfast was included and I had the option of having it instead of going a few doors down to the bar / restaurant it was being served at.

It’s not a dislike just a recommendation to provide another trash bin in the bathroom with the sink and shower so you do not have to carry trash to the bedroom or the bathroom with the toilet and bidet. Also, the google device that turns on the tv and heat/AC should also be programmed to understand other languages except Italian (although because it didn’t, I learned to say in Italian, (accendi la tv - turn on the tv.)🙂🇮🇹

Excellent location in the centre of all major attractions. It is noisy but we didn't mind ,we liked being in the centre of a live city. Daniella was very helpful. Parking in Napoli is expensive but you can park safely and for around €25 in the alley that surrounds the B&B.

Toilet can be a bit cleaner, you need to change the pigal. But it is ok.

The bb is conveniently located in a beautiful historical building very close to Piazza dei Martiri (Chiaia district) and the Lungomare (promenade). Tons of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. Daniela (the manager) is very kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Our room had an amazing terrace. Overall the experience was great!

Very good location, very clean and modern. The host was friendly and helpful. I really liked the fact that the flat was tall and we had a window to a pedestrian walkway. It has many places to put our luggage. The bathrooms were very clean. Very comfortable bed, I had a very good rest.

It can be a bit loud from the outside but it depends on how light sleeper you are.

The place is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, you recieve very good service and cleaning everyday. The breakfast are small (salad or sandwich or croissant) with tea or coffee but it's fine and there are option that you recieve it to your room which is good for lazy tourists. But the most i want to say thank you to Daniella! She helped a lot. She managed small issues easily, was very polite and friendly. Helped with a taxi. Thank you very much Daniella!!!

I liked everything and. We booked 2 rooms which was more than good. As recommendation If the room will had a safe (to leave passpots, money and personal stuff that you do not need to take with you walking at the city) it will be the best we had at Italy. One another thing for travelers. Take in account that b&b located at second floor and you will need to take your luggage all the way up and finally down stairs. No elevator at the building. The stairs are wide and easy but still you need to get all the way up.

We really enjoyed our stay especially due to the host who went above and beyond to help us with a small baby. We also loved the location - away from the busy touristy places and close to shops and restaurants.

The location was great, and our host Daniella was very accommodating and helpful. It was well decorated, and the bed was comfortable.

There was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom. You can hear the noise from others in the corridor.

Daniella was absolutely brilliant. Helpful and friendly. Room was lovely with fresh towels and water everyday. Perfect location too with shops and restaurants close by. Metro and harbour a short walk too
