Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed.

Upon checkin-in the lady made photo of our IDs using mobile phone. This is unacceptable. GDPR doesn’t allow this.

Very nice room design and aesthetic with great, welcoming and friendly staff. They took their time and gave us recommendations for dinner places and valuable tips for getting arround. So nice and friendly! The room was clean and tidy, but it can be a bit noisy if you don't close the hallway door. All in all, a good boutique hotel in great and clean location, walking distance to the old city but also to the metro station and harbour! Would definately recommend the hotel and Chiaia quarter.

Bathroom is very prety, but not so much functional. The shower door and batroom door need to be fixed a bit, because the water can run all over the place if you're not carefull.

I have been travelling in many countries over a long period of time and therefore I have seen a lot in regards to accommodations. The stay at the Poerio will remain unforgettable: 5 stars! The service, friendliness not only from Tiziana, the receptionist, but also from the owners, is exceptional. The room is as in the published photos: clean, comfortable, new style. One of us had to see a doctor - Tiziana was extremely helpful. We will never forget her kindness. The location is great, we walked from there to the center but it is also close to a bus stop from where it is easy to go to the trainstation. We would like to come back to Naples and we will definitely stay again at the Poerio.

Conveniently located in a quiet street a short walk away from Piazza del Plebiscito. Room and bathroom were spacious and very stylishly furnished, and the double bed was wide and comfortable. Overall impression of cleanliness, reinforced by the tiled floors. Among the many amenities provided to the guests, we particularly appreciated the slippers and the state-of-the-art coffee machine. The air conditioning was working fine and proved invaluable in the sweltering mid-August days.

The main practical issue was poor insulation from the noise from the adjoining room, but we may just have been unlucky with the neighbors' loud child. Also, the lock needed two turns of the key, otherwise the room's door would open with a push. A last (minor) quibble is that during check-in the receptionist took cellphone pictures of our IDs. This looked kind of unprofessional and made us uneasy, it is to be hoped that those data are stored securely.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel. It’s basically the only place I go when visiting Naples. And this time was just as good as my previous stays. Very clean, friendly staff. The rooms are a good size, including the bathroom. Even the closet has lots of space. And the location is really good, including an upscale neighborhood of the city. Many shops and restaurants close by. And also very close to the seaside promenade where there are more restaurants. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the busy city center and old town. I’ll be back soon.

Very friendly staff who reached out before we were due to arrive with helpful information and replied promptly to any queries we had even outside of the usual reception hours. The welcome was warm, and there was a lift to take us to the 2nd and 4th floors where we were staying. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well furnished and were as we expected from the photos on the booking site. The beds were large and very comfortable. The rooms had a minibar and a safe as well as a coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. The hotel is in an excellent location, very convenient for all the sites. Overall, we had an excellent stay - thank you!.

Very central spot in a posh and safe neighbourhood. 10' walk to train station in order to save some walking to other parts of the city and skip the heavy traffic if using a car/taxi, 5-10' walk to the port to take a boat to Amalfi or Capri. The room was clean and spacious, with quality products, and the small balcony had a very nice view; it was only a bit noisy on Saturday evening but the inside of the room was soundproofed.

The staff was polite but we would have liked it if they could help us with questions we had regarding the area and how to reach the popular attractions, as well as to provide us assistance in renting a car etc.

A small, cozy and modern hotel in an upscale neighborhood of Naples. Modern design but tastefully done, not cold or corporate. The room and bathroom/shower room were very spacious. The closet was big so lots of space to hang clothes. The bed was very comfortable, so I always had a good rest after a long day outside. The room was also very clean. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Location was great. In a quieter part of Naples compared to the central or old town area. But quieter does not mean dead. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by and it’s a short walk to the seaside.

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood with many dining options. Easy access to metro, bus is closer however it’s an easy walk to the metro station Piazza Amedeo if you need to get into Naples Central station without line changes. The other metro station close by San Pasquale takes you to the port for ferry connections.

Beds were a little firm which seems to be common in Italy. Very strong water pressure so must be gentle when turning on taps/shower.

The room itself was excellent - spacious, clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The building is very secure and entry is with a keycard only. The location is brilliant - Chiaia feels very safe but still has lots of "life" with countless shops, restaurants, cafes and bars at your doorstep. A 15 minute walk away from Quartieri Spagnoli.

The only thing to fault is that we could hear loud music all three nights (Fri, Sat and Sun) which must have been coming from a bar next door. We had earplugs and were very tired so it didn't stop us from falling asleep but it wasn't ideal. It might be a first floor issue considering that it sounded like it was coming from downstairs. This is the only reason why I'm not sure if I'd stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers.
