Terrific location in excellent neighborhood for walking. Upon arriving, taxi driver didn’t go out off his way to find the actual building and sent me in the wrong direction but I found people to help. It’s a fabulous old building tucked behind a quiet street of nice shops. Room was simple, but well appointed (water in the fridge, roomy closet, large windows that open) and bathroom is totally modern. Pleasant breakfast room. I had problem getting the lift to operate, but there was a building caretaker to help. I felt very safe walking after dark.

Complaints: mattress—too hard for me. The TV wouldn’t turn on with the remote. Toothbrush holder (small cup) needs cleaning.

The location was spot on with getting around, the room was well aired & had everything that we needed, we were very late arriving but the host was there to meet us. The room was clean & spacious enough for 2. The host was around at breakfast for any questions.

The room we had was at the back where there is a nightclub & on the Saturday night the noise finished at around 1.30am & then the bin lorries started at around 4.30am - other than this it is a great place to stay.

We loved the area and the neighborhood. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is well equiped and looks new. The host was very friendly.

The building is a little difficult to find. It’s on the street behind where google maps sends you. Maybe ask around and people will point you in the right direction. Also, the keys are a little hard to use. We stayed on a saturday and there were a lot of young people on the street right below our window, so it was a little noisy, but if you close everything is ok to sleep.

A very good location, clean and nice room. The owner was very nice and open. the breakfast was good.

The bed was not very comfortable but this can be me being used to different type of bed.

Beautiful heritage building. Spacious room with high ceiling and air con. Great location. Host’s directions in advance we’re very helpful. Water in fridge in room.

The host was very good, the location was in the perfect spot, we could enjoy dinner at multiple restaurants along the coast and be home in a few minutes. Room was cleaned everyday. If you close the windows - no issue with noise. AC working.

Great location within a short walk from all that is Naples, owner Gianfranco is a lovely man, a very comfortable bed, a breakfast room with everything you need to start the day, super safe with three doors to get to your room …2 thumbs up!!

The host did not receive our confirmation from Booking.com for 3 hours later. We had to wait outside till someone came to open the room.
