The location was good and felt safe there.

We changed from a double room booked online to a king room, not booked online. Not sure what the other one would have been like but the room was dated but clean. We set the AC to 20 degrees but it never felt that cool. Upon returning to the room it was always 24 degrees. So we’d have to reset it. No English channels on TV. Breakfast had variety, but they struggled to keep up with refilling eggs, bacon and fruit.

It was overall a happy and comfortable stay. The hotel is not modern but still a good one. The location was nice, in a relaxed and cozy neighborhood. You can find markets and some restaurants nearby. Our room space was very good. The view from our high-floor room was so beautiful. The cleaning service was more than acceptable. The breakfast was fine. Everyone finds something to eat for sure. The staff at the reception was so helpful and always ready to support. Thank you.

One negative thing regarding the room that can be mentioned is the bed mattress, which was so hard, and the pillows. These need to be improved. The WIFI was not perfect all the time. Suddenly it got fast and then back to slow. Another thing needs to be mentioned. We asked for cups to make tea/coffee in our room, and they sent them immediately, but without spoons or sugar, something we thought was to be considered logically.

We booked Exe Majestic the day before we arrived as my husband and I were staying at a hotel near Central Station in Naples - bad decision. The area around Central Station is terrible ALL times of the day. Spoke to a friend who travels to Italy frequently and recommended this hotel. The area of Chiaia is like you are in a different city. Better area, clean, quiet and a lot of locals live around there. It is has many restaurants and shops around the hotel and all the way to the centre of the city about 10 minutes walk away. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the ferries that depart for the islands of Capri and Ischia and about a 20 minute walk to Central Station for many tour departures. The hotel itself is a bit older but in good condition and clean with huge rooms. The view of Naples Bay and Mt Vesuvius is great. They knew that we changed hotels and were celebrating our anniversary, they quickly gave us a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. Grazie Exe Majestic for a fantastic stay 😊😊

The staff was very friendly although there was a language gapp. The hotel was kept clean and tidy, The room was of a good size. The hotel is situated close to Metro and bus service so easy to get around. The area of Chiaia felt much safer than other areas we previously stayed over. The breakfast offered included many choices and was adequate for our needs.

Although the breakfast was adequate I personally do not like scrambled eggs or cold boiled eggs.

Location is accessible,beds are comfortable . Close to shopping area and restaurants.The building interiors are amazing and sturdy. Toilet and shower has limescale on the wall and edges the management has to look at this issue and I’m sure when this sorted you will get more excellent ratings . Staff are friendly and accommodating. Cleaning team are polite. The lady and a gentleman from the restaurant serving breakfast was friendly and can speak English. We love a breakfast menus and have several yummy and healthy choices.

I think the sound proofing panel is not thick enough. Toilet window from the room is not double locked.

Hotel very well located to visit the city, in a nice neighborhood. The family room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, and beds very comfortable. The room also had great electric blinds and chic curtains, and was finished in a pleasant, classic style that is no longer common. Great view on the city and the bay from the top floor. The staff at reception was always very helpful and friendly, it was much appreciated.

Unfortunately the whirlpool in the bath did not function. Also there wasn't any coffee or tea in the room.

We were exceptionally grateful that one of the very limited parking spaces was made available for our late night arrival at the hotel. The €25 euro cost allowing us to leave the vehicle at the hotel from 11.00pm until 3.00pm the following afternoon was truly appreciated.

Having paid €133 euros for one night at this 4 star hotel, I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room as with all other 4 star hotels I have ever used.

We love the location of the Hotel and the reception staff are always very welcoming. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast and we have had room 804 for 2 years running which has a very comfortable and large double bed.

Sadly, the lounge/bar area is very plain and dark. And sadly, one of the lifts was out of order on this visit, which meant that there were lengthy waits at busy times.

The location is excellent, there is a lot to see very close to the hotel, numerous restaurants, very close to the water, the train station (subway) is also very close, oh and a very short cab ride to the ferries for a day trip to Amalfi, Positano or Sorrento. The Hotel itself is reasonably modern and clean.

No english TV! Having said that on our trip, none of the Hotels did! The daily breakfast I beleive cost quite a bit, wee did not eat there but chose to visit one of the many Cafe's close by

Naples as a city is almost theatrically chaotic but whenever I'm inside the hotel, it's all quiet, calm and efficient -but-never-obtrusive service. Feel free to ask the reception desk (which is manned 24/7) about tours, taxis, and restaurant recommendations. I also recommend paying a bit extra for a room with seaview. In the lobby, they have a small but well-stocked bar, drinks are priced reasonably and there's a friendly barman you can chat with -just like in the movies.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike! I've read not so stellar reviews about the breakfast being limited in choices and repetitive - not particularly true. It's a good buffet consisting of hot and cold foods, breads, pastries, beverages, yogurts, cereals etc. Sure, it's the same every time but in the real world, breakfasts really are repetitive fares. It is up to the person to design his or her breakfast every morning. Just because it's a buffet doesn't mean one eats everything every time.
