The location was fantastic, with close proximity to the sea as well as good shopping. The AC worked very well in the room.

The check in instructions were pretty vague. After standing around on the ground level for a while eventually another resident of the building walked by to inform us we needed to go up the elevator to the 3rd floor.

The hostess, Stefania, stayed up for me although I arrived well after midnight. She is incredibly nice and hospitable! The residence is in an old palazzo with 4m high ceilings, converted into five bedrooms for Stefania and her guests. You have to enter the property through a tiny door cut out from the main gate, which can be a bit difficult if you are tall and carrying a big backpack. ;-) The B@B is on staircase B, on the third floor, but there's a lift. Although Via Mille is very central, the rooms are really quiet, because they face into a quiet yard out back. So after a good night's rest in a small but impeccably clean bedroom you can venture into the busy craziness of Naples.

I really liked my stay, but if I have to say something "negative", I would advise you not to expect a big breakfast with a choice of fruit, cereals or eggs and ham. It's mainly coffee or tea, some sweet cakes, yoghurt and a type of flat bread that you can toast and lay on some cheese or prosciutto crudo. But who cares - there are plenty of bars outside where you can have an early lunch afterwards.

Beautiful property of by gone era style in a very pleasant area of Naples. Surrounding buildings are gorgeous with arts and architectures. LV, Hermes (soon to open), GUCCI are few steps away along with many cafes nearby. The B&B staff is friendly. The place has a lot of potential!!!!! If your luggage is heavy, ensure that you arrange with the staff ahead of time to help bring it up few steps prior to using elevator to go up to BnB on the 3rd fl. Also the main gate is ancient style. You may have to lift your luggage over the bottom part of the gate if you arrive late the the gate is already closed for the day. You'll not be able to find magnets and souvenirs around this area ;).

Breakfast and amenities like soap and shampoo could be more upscale. I don't mind if the price will increase a bit.

The property was very beautiful and full of character. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom well furnished with shower gels and towels. Stefania was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was typically Italian. Great restaurant nearby and a lovely area of Naples to stay in.

It would be nice to have the option of a cappuccino in the morning but otherwise everything was great.

Could have a fee more facilities, like do laundry or a mini fridge in the room. I am quite a healthy eater so breakfast was not suitable for me too, unfortunately…basically I am coming back to Napoli for sure and if these facilities were included I would stay again.

This was a fantastic find and would definitely stay here again. The location is in a very nice, upmarket part of Naples and feels very safe. It's very close to the Metro and it was easy to get around either by that or on foot. I went to the Napoli football match and it was really easy to get there and home. The whole property is very clean and nicely decorated and my room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. I was very pleased. Stefania the owner is very helpful and did things like arrange a taxi to the airport for me. There is a breakfast buffet and was able to start the day with some croissants / fruit/ coffee. I thought my stay was very good value.

What a delightful B&B right in the centre of Chiaia area of Naples. It is a busy area but the B&B is very quiet which is great. Stefania was so helpful and kind and made my stay so comfortable. Having read some of the previous reviews that it was a bit tricky to get into the building, I encountered no issues and the main outside door was open when I arrived. If anyone is visiting Naples, I highly recommend this place!

The room was huge, the location was exceptionally right in the heart of the Napoli center with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. It would be my first choice if I ever visited Napoli again.

I spent two nights here and couldn't find anything negative worth mentioning.

The location is located in a very clean and safe area in Napoli. Many International fashion brands are in the same street. A few mins walk to reach supermarkets, and Metro station. The Staff, Sefania, contributes to my best Italian trip experience. very friendly, smart and extremely helpful. can't imagine our Napoli can work out perfectly without her assists. This B&b presents an Italian style that I like the most , surround by beautiful furnitures, like staying in a little museum. btw, there is a lift in the building which is an Ace!!! 10 out of 10.

Stefania who runs the place is efficient, friendly, helpful, energetic, welcoming. Location can't be beat. The place itself is in a lovely, well maintained, charming older traditional apartment building. Nice balcony with a great view. Common areas clean, attractive, homey. Would recommend highly.
