good for a safe place to stay for one night. the buiding is oean front but the room doesn't have view. it is at 2nd floor, no elevator. restaurants just outside the building.

when check out, we need leave the key in the room, but don't know how to open the community gate without the key. need to wait someone to open the gate to come out. maybe return the key to the lockbox on the community gate will be your better option。The lock box is located inside the alley not the one at the street)

It's really clean, cozy, and pretty. I loved it, the location is also very good, and it's a safe neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC was great, everything was clean, and the place was really well equipped as well. I like it!

The stairs, the stairs of the building, are for me the only downside, but it's also nothing major; it's on the first floor, so you only climb one floor of stairs. But it's good to know, if, like me, you had a big suitcase.

It’s located very close to the sea front and a row of outdoor restaurants with a view of the sea. It was clean and tidy, nicely decorated, great ensuite bathroom. The person managing the property gave clear instructions via what’s app to access the property and asked me to message to confirm I had accessed the room successfully.

I was a little cold on the night I stayed and couldn’t find any way to change the temperature or an extra blanket. The room is in an apartment with 2 other rooms, which wasn’t a problem but not something I was aware of before I arrived, as a single female traveller it may have given me pause for thought, however everything was fine. In the same vain, the access to the apartment was down a side street, which was thankfully well lit and there were police patrolling the road at the sea front. There were no views from the apartment itself, but as mentioned the sea front was a short walk away.

Comfortable mattress, right next to good restaurants on the water (no view). Clean, en suite inside. Windows were new with good noise & light block out. Aircon good. Self check in was easy. Free water & coffee. Newly renovated.

No reception staff, maybe a little harder to find. More like an Airbnb

The room was very clean. The owner replied quickly to our messages. Definitely value for money.

The room is located right behind some restaurants and sometimes the smell for the kitchen is present (but it's not unbearable).

Fabulous location very safe area for lone lady travellers, 10/15 minutes walk to all the shops and historical buildings. Around 15 minutes walk from the port and ferries

Bed was very firm for me.

Comfortable room, Quiet even though it’s in a very central location, right at the seashore promenade and next to good pizza places.

Finding a parking spot was nearly impossible

the view from the room was not very nice. The extra charge to change the towels everyday was not particularly nice. Also, I know buildings in Italy are old, but those of us who are challenged with keys find it difficult to have to use 4 different ones to enter the facility and one's room. But, in the scheme of things, these are all first world problems.

Fantastic location away from the busyness but also central enough to walk into the centre. Felt like a safe area and it was easily accessible. Room was clean and spacious. Great value for money for our 1 night stay.

The location is excellent, the room is clean and modern

I would invest a few euros in a memory foam pillow. The rest was perfect
