The staffs were very nice and kind and attentive to everything. The location is very nice as it is near the sea. We had sea-view from our room. The rooms had all the amenities and were nice.

The breakfast, which happens in a nearby restaurant, could have been much better. Being in Napoli, you expect much better cornetto and the coffee in the quality. There was only one type of cornetto also. on the other hand, there were a number of sweet pie options, which were okay. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacons were available, but we felt the quality can be much better.

Great location right on the coast. However, our room was called a city view which meant it overlooked the busy alley/street beside the hotel. There was loud traffic, especially motor cycles, all night long for our five night stay. The breakfast was not very good, but we survived. I asked for my up graded room, promised by Expedia, but they said none were available, even though the hotel was half empty. There was staff at the desk at all times and the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful location with lots of seaside, patio cafes that offer good food with a great view.

Very noisy at night with loud traffic 24/7.

If you want a sea view, then you need to pay extra and book it in advance. We did and we were happy with the view.

The front desk was not very helpful. They were very "transactional" == meaning, that if you ask, they will give you a short answer. They are not ready/willing to provide any additional information/help. For example, we had 4 suitcases. They watched us struggle to carry them up the stairs and did not tell us that there was an elevator. 2 days later, we discovered it.

What makes a hotel has to be the staff and wow do front of staff make this the perfect staycation. Alessandro Nazar and Maria were fantastic with information and nothing was a problem so well done an asset to any hotel. Anyway the location is absolutely brilliant we had a partial see view with a julliate balcony and the view was stunning this hotel you won’t beat for the price. It’s so not like them busy chains Hilton’s etc care to details is reflected in their contemporary room style loved it. Breakfast will keep you going for your morning stroll on the front before the famous margarita pizza will suck you in again and again and yes again. The food is amazing but after all this is a hotel review so will keep it simple The staff at this boutique hotel are truly sensational as are the maids the hotel the location. That’s me done can’t wait to come again and believe me WE WILL

Absolutely nothing

Very nice atmosphere, even the hallway was a joy to be in. Nice view over the sea, the little balcony, furniture in excellent condition, etc.

The noise insulation from outside was good, from the hallway not so good. Fellow hotel guests with kids would wake you up. Also: the airconditioning control did not work properly, so either you had a very cold and noisy night or a quiet but warm one (switching off that airco).

Brilliant location, the breakfast at the sea front was great. Staff helped us secure an early taxi yo the station which arrived in minutes. The room was clean.

The window view was of other buildings which was a downside which I understand is the consequence of not being placed in the main building. The stay wasn't affected but for the price it was a shame not to have a sea view.

Our room had a fantastic view of the sea, which was very relaxing to wake up to. The bed was very comfortable with a mattress and pillows of memory foam. The breakfast included delicious cakes and the level of service was excellent. The best part was the proximity to the tony neighborhood of Chiaia, with elegant shops in restored buildings and nice cocktail bars. Very positively surprised about how beautiful a visit to Napoli can be when in a very clean and organized hotel.

Great location close to the ferry and train station. Right by the water you can see Capri and Sorrento so to visit these places it’s ideal you do so from Naples. As we had a 3 person apartment we were in the 2nd block of the hotel which was very modern and spacious. The room was ideal for what we needed as we were out most of the day.

Unfortunately our room looked out to the back of other buildings. The breakfast wasn’t great too much sweet options

The location was in front of the sea and very beautiful. The jacuzzi in the room was so pleasant after a long walk in the town. The staff were nice and enough helpful.

The AC was a bit too Noisy. But i even didn’t tell them since we were traveling with my cat i didn’t want to change the room, but it was a bit disturbing. During the night there was noises of collecting the trash specially the glasses.

Great hotel, easy to find with carparking next door! Plenty of restaurants around the corner and an easy walk to the centre of town. The accommodation is secure with 24 hour reception, the rooms are near new and the beds are super comfortable with pillow top mattresses. We had a view of the sea which was nice with a small balcony great for people watching. There is a lift which helps with lugging around baggage. Around a 15 minute drive to the airport.
