Great location and fantastic hosts. One block away from the beautiful shoreline where you can walk along with the locals. Definitely would stay again.

The facility is on an upper floor in a large building and access is via a small busy street, so it may be intimidating at first. Elevator is a bit old (and in the dark we had trouble finding it as it is a small gray box on the side of the central courtyard); some of the units in the building are not well maintained on the outside, but it is not a problem: once inside Luna Caprese it is like being in another place. Always felt very safe in the neighborhood and building.

My father and I had a lovely stay at LunaCaprese, the staff made us feel just like at home <3, the location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is just amazing, and the coffee is great ! Mind you, I’m from CostaRica and we’re picky with our coffee, lol. I highly recommend LunaCaprese if you’ll be visiting Napoli, great people, great service, great WiFi and most importantly very safe neighborhood.

Cozy atmosphere in Neapolitan style. Friendly staff, fluent in English and always ready to help. Convenient location. Good breakfasts in the morning. Quiet and friendly little hotel. Nearby are two fortresses near the Gulf of Naples. Located not very far from the center of Naples. Very nice and comfortable inside, recommend.

All liked it. Of the features - the two metro stations closest to the hotel did not work. About what carefully warned by staff. This is a private B&B/apartment so don't expect a big sign with the hotel name and a uniformed porter at the entrance. It is not obvious that the old door without any signs is the passage to the patio, from there you need to turn left, where there will be an entrance to the elevator just on the street, which will take you to the 4th floor to the hotel! But once you figure it out, it's quite convenient. It’s just that we are from a very northern country, where there are simply no elevators on the street (they freeze) and did not immediately understand this system with an external elevator. But the owner was in touch all the time and helped in everything!

The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very friendly. The location was great as well, only a short walk to the beach promenade. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming too.

It smelled of cigarettes and dog sometimes and we noticed that there was a lot of dog hair all around our room. It is a pet friendly establishment but it should be made sure that the rooms are properly cleaned. So, be cautious if you have any allergies to pet hair.

Luna Caprese is really a lovely place to stay—the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was perfect and the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful.

It was very helpful to have information on how to reach the property from the airport (especially the fixed price for the taxi). It was a little confusing when we were dropped off at the front door, which is unmarked because it's an historical property. The door was closed when we arrived in the afternoon, so perhaps a note about what to do in this situation would be helpful.

Everything was perfect! A place with character & charm, very nice & helpful owner with tips & attention to detail! Tasty breakfast, great location next to ferries, busses & walk distance to good food places. We even got an unexpected free upgrade & 2 separate rooms, as we booked one room with 2 separate beds & it was taken. Great solution me & mom were very happy with! I will come back for sure!

Location was good, lovely big room and bathroom with balcony. Kitchenette was done well and made to look like a wardrobe which was a great idea and worked. Angelo the owner was extremely helpful and a great host. For us the bed was a bit firm but that's a personal quirk. Strange outdoor lifts that seem common in Napoli

We liked the size of our suite and the antique furniture. The breakfasts were ample. We loved the view off the back balcony by the elevator. Liked the location close to the Lungomare.

The street entrance was shabby and had no clear external sign. The building elevator and stairs were not well maintained. The uneven floors in the main area are a hazard. The cooling in the room was not well distributed.

A very beautiful apartment floor that has been converted into a B&B. The location is perfect and some of the rooms have sea views. The breakfast and cleaning staff were so kind and lovely.

If you arrive at night it is very difficult to find the place. There is no sign or anything. You have to follow a long and complicated procedure. It felt like getting out of an escape room!

Chech in was a bit complicated as I found mixed room keys. Shabby room, surprised that old furniture isnt respected as it suposed to - dirty couch... Breakfast with no ordered menu... even I had to choose it in advance. In the late evening came back and found elevator which didnt work. To climb to 4th foor was a bit tireing...
