Anna creates a wonderful welcome for the tired traveller with her big smile and warm personality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. In the little reception area there is coffee, water and little sponge cakes available for breakfast and plenty of sweets to pick at any time. (Currently they have rather nice coffee filled ones) The location is ideal, located one road away from the main promenade and Castel del Ovo and all the posh hotels overlooking the sea. Via Santa Lucia with a good selection of bars and restaurants are also around the corner. It is a short walk to the main Piazza Plebliscito with the Royal Palace, Bar Gambrinus and the Spanish Quarter full of character and numerous restaurants.

You need coins to use the lift - not very welcoming if you have luggage or any disability challenge; they should warm about that in the description because not everyone carries cash change. Shared fridge in the kitchen is very handy but cleaner (i assume, since all guest had already checked out) threw away some of my special dietary needs breakfast items ?! They left only the plant milk that i marked with room name.

Anna made us feel very welcome with her big smile and she was very helpful. The location was perfect as our road ran parallel with the Via Partenope along the sea front and very close to Castel del Ovo with all the restaurants located by the marina and the seafront. My room was always very clean and comfortable and good value for money. The property is also an easy walk to Piazza Plebliscito in the Royal area of Naples.

The self-check-in was very smooth. The staff there was friendly although she didn't speak so much English, we somehow understood each other. They clean the room every day and refill the shower items. The location is good, 1 min walk from the seaside and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price after the discount was very competitive compared to other hostels I was checking. They let us leave the luggage safely in the hostel after check out.

There is no water sink in the common kitchen space, so we had to wash our cups and cutlery in our room. The staff wrote to me that I needed to pay the city tax in cash, I told them I didn't have it, maybe I could pay by card, and they refused me. I was considering getting some cash for the whole day during my trip. And the next day, the staff at the hotel just took out a POS machine and charged me. The miscommunication bothered me a little bit.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was great. There were snacks for every morning, they were delicious.

The Wi-Fi was awful. I could not even talk to my mother over WhatsApp. Even text messages had some issues.

I liked the fact that the room was clean and it was getting cleaned very well on a daily basis. The building location was exceptional, just off the corner from Royal Continental Hotel.

The location is great if you want to stay close to the sea side and Chiaia neighborhood. Breakfast is not included but you’ll find coffee machine, tea bags and some snacks for the morning :) great value for money! A plus also the cleaning ladies, both really nice and kind

The room was really big & clean. There is self check in but the staff sends a detailed instruction how to get in, so it's super easy. There is an AC in the room. The location is great too. It was a great experience to be here.

Its name is B&B but there is no breakfast. It's a little bit tricky.

Great location near the port and a short drive to the airport. Also, was able close the inner patio doors to get the room really dark and quiet for sleeping. Very easy check in and out process.

Anne-Sophie was super responsive and gave great information as i had to do self check-in as i arrived late. Even sent videos on how to open the lock for the keys which was great and eased the mind upon arrival. I stayed in the Blu room and the bed is firm. Didn't bother me but may be bother some people!
