We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff. Breakfast excellent. Parking perfect. Staff over the top. I had to walk my dog 2 am and the gaurd stayed attentive for me to return. Thank you

Only I wish for them to attend the shower in room 439... it needs to be maintained as it is old marble and cement linings have washed out and also mold under silicone. It can be easily attended . I forgot to mentioned at check out. I am sure they will pay attention.

Excellent location, with a breathtaking view on the Bay of Naples. A comfortable, well-proportioned room with a balcony. Friendly and courteous staff.

I cannot say there was anything I did not like, but I would prefer being able to go to the swimming pool without booking it in advance. 8 p.m. start of dinner service was a bit late for, so I did not visit the restaurant.

Stunning property and location

Room 540 or 541 with the bath. The shower head could not be adjusted to tilt downwards and sprayed water everywhere. We had to use multiple towels across the floor to avoid slipping

Location and the facility itself was very good.

The staff, especially their restaurant recommendations were very poor. I assume such recommendations came from the reception staff not concierge though, I would expect from a 5 star Hotel to recommend better restaurants as we asked the best ones - they sent us to Umberto, a very very average restaurant I would never go. Another recommendation was Fresco on the sea side, again did not meet any of my expectation. Concierge sent me to Crude Re which was great, I expect from a 5 star hotel like that to recommend such kind of restaurants not the first 2 which ruined a dinner and a lunch for us.

Excellent location by sea & nearby restaurants. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff and room services. Breakfast options were awesome. High quality sheets & towels. Efficient doormen made you feel welcome at all times.

Problem with bath/shower waste - couldn’t cope with volume of shower head water flow, so standing in 6 inches of water whilst showering. Cost of bar/terrace standard beverages was v high. €25 for Aperol Spritz & €15 for a German bottled beer! Swimming pool was closed which was disappointing given the hot temperatures.

Breakfast was a lovely selection Staff were friendly and welcoming Location was in a lovely part of Naples by the port, made for some really nice views The Rooftop bar was an amazing service, we could've stayed there all day if not for the price!

Rooms are a little dated but very clean The Rooftop bar while, amazing and gorgeous, was extremely expensive. €25 for cocktails meant we didn't stay too long! Dinner in Caruso was satisfactory but did not feel like 5 star cuisine. The staff gave us a little dessert surprise for our honeymoon though, which was a nice touch!

The hotel is beautifully appointed and the furniture and fittings are stunning. The reception and staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was stunning.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were kind and helpful with luggage, directions, and recommendations for the local area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was well appointed with selections of both European and American cuisine. Great location along the water front.

The property suggests there is an outdoor rooftop pool. It is actually the size of a small hot tub and was closed during our stay. We had planned to relax in the afternoon by the pool on the roof before our early morning flight the next day, which was not possible.

The views, right across from the ocean. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. We arrived at 11:30am local time, and the room was ready. The breakfast buffet was filled with great choices and the maitre was always so nice and helpful. I’m glad we stayed there. It also has a Michelin Star restaurant. Every restaurant in the hotel has incredible views. The hotel even offers turndown service and the tub is a jacuzzi.

Good location

Taxi in front of the hotel took us to the airport. Fare was Euro 28, but charged us for 45, he said he charges 5 per piece of luggage and 5 for something else (maybe toll). In any event, it sure is scam. I am sure the hotel staff who helps us get the taxi knows these tricks. It’s such an unpleasant experience. I hope someone will something about it. It reflects badly on the Italians.
