We had the superior room which gave us a sofa, an eating table. The location is near the waterfront and away from the Historic Centre bustle, which we liked because it was much quieter at night, but it did mean we cabbed to most of the sights although there is lots of public transportation. But we were ok with that since once we left we stayed in the old part the whole day. . Remember that just about everything is historical in Naples, plus its located a short distance from the Royal Palace in piazza Pebliscito and both the Castel Nuovo and Castel Uvo

everything about the property was fantastic, the staff in the cafe where you go for breakfast tried to charge for the breakfast items in the voucher, then were very rude when challenged on this. this has nothing to do with the property as they were great, only the staff where you got the breakfast

Excellent location for walking and exploring the city. Pleasant room had everything we needed. It was quiet even though on a busy street. Host was very helpful in arranging early AM car to airport including a packed breakfast. Communication was very good using Bookings and WhatsApp.

It was as we expected. A typical B&B experience in Europe which is a fun change from US motels!

The location was excellent, once we figured out how to get into the room! The price was amazing.

We didn't have clear instructions as to how to get into the building (and our room) after hours. I didn't know it would come via whatsapp (until the next day when i discovered the message accidentally.) I was ready to find a hotel at 11 pm but finally got into the unit after a prayer or two! After that it was great.

The room was clean and had everything you needed, plenty of towels. Extra cushions, toothbrushes and toothpaste and small bottles of shower jell supplied. Bed was comfortable. And had a small kitchenette in the room as well ,air conditioning worked, Nadia our host was adorable, welcoming and very helpful.

The only thing that was a little hitch was that it was on a main road so was a little noisy. But we still slept well

Nice comfy room. Easy to find and nice old lift to 3rd floor Supermarket across the street and good restaurants nearby. Everything clean n tidy with daily clean.

Maybe the breakfast could be a tad more generous. But it’s ok and as advertised.

Great space with a fine sized bedroom and good sized living room with couches and tables that allowed you space to relax and enjoy the stay. We did not use the fridge or mini kitchen facilities as we had a short stay only but you could easily have stayed there a few days. It was great having a good number of local restaurants and cafes on the same street to eat locally and not to have to travel in the evening time.

Shower was ok but could be upgraded.

We were a little disconcerted when we went through the heavy front door of the building, not being used to Napoli architecture. (We should have looked at the doorbell unit to the right, where the flat numbers were located, as the door was open and arrived at night) However, when we reached the 3rd floor. We were welcomed by the kind and simply marvellous Nadya. THEN we entered Naples best kept little secret ! The Santa Lucia apartments are amazing. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Located in the best part of Naples and easy access to everything.

The shower could do with a bleach around the bottom of the doors. Minor thing...

best customer service! AC worked well; bathroom decent size; close to the sea viewing location and walking distance to the port ; local restaurants and supermarket right outside the property; very reasonable price

We liked the location first, possibly the best neighborhood in Naples, the rooms were nice and clean with air conditioning. We enjoyed also evenings walking by the seashore, very safe and nice experience!

We liked everything
