The hotel is located on the second floor of a building inside a private courtyard. It feels very safe and it was in a buzzing area, with the privacy you need. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and the facilities very tidy and clean. We loved being walking distance from many parts of the city we wanted to visit. The street could be heard from our room, but it didn’t cause any issue, especially as we were left with ear plugs too!

It’s not a dislike, just a slight confusion as to when breakfast is served. We stayed for a few days and rose early, but only once saw breakfast being served. Probably best to double check timings on this!

Perfect location in the heart of the city, but yet quiet and safe. We chose a room (this was a room of an apartment with common dining area) with a sea view which was the right decision- 1min. away from the Castel Dell`OVo and Via Partenope. The Santa Lucia str. is packed with cafes and restaurants, (so you can skip paying 16 Euro for the breakfast) and there is a supermarket as well. We arrived early in the morning, so the wonderful host let us checked in early and leave our luggage In the room. Same was arranged on the last day after the check out he let us leave our suitcases at the property until the time we needed to head to the airport. There is a taxi waiting area at the end of the street so you no ned to worry about the transfer.

We wish we had more storage space and hangers( if you are planing more than a weekend) and there was a minibar fridge which didn't work properly at the time of our stay. The other thing is the walls didn't absorb all noise coming from the other rooms and even the TVs, but in general was wonderful experience.

I liked the location of Le Mummarelle. There were great restaurants nearby and it was close by the water. I especially liked the balcony with the table and chairs. My friend and I spent time sitting and relaxing there when we had time. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. A special mention of Margherita, who provided us a delicious breakfast every morning!

There were a lot of visitors to Naples that weekend because of All Saints and All Souls Days and it was difficult for me to sleep the first night because of noise from the restaurant downstairs, right below my window. After that, it was quieter.

Le Mummarelle B&B is a hidden gem nestled in a fantastic location near Lungomare Caracciolo and Piazza del Plebiscito. Its prime spot makes it an ideal base for exploring Naples, and we were thrilled to discover that the recently opened Monte Echia terrace was just a short walk away. From the outside, the property blends in with the typical Neapolitan palazzi, but stepping inside reveals a delightful surprise. The interiors are modern, tastefully designed, and enriched with stunning artworks and paintings by local artists. The staff were more than happy to share the fascinating history and meaning behind "mummarelle," adding a unique cultural touch to our stay. Our room overlooked the lively streets of Naples. While you might hear some street noises, the rooms are well-insulated, so it wasn’t disruptive. In fact, waking up to the vibrant sounds of the city felt like an authentic slice of Neapolitan life, which we truly loved. The staff deserves a special mention – they were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. And of course, we can’t forget Tullio, the dog! He was the sweetest addition to the experience and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a chic and charming place to stay in Naples with a touch of glamour, Le Mummarelle B&B is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Almost everything was great. The employees at the accommodation were great. In particular, Pooya helped us a lot during our stay, from the late check-in to check-out, with his always smiling face.

In the morning was a bit noise of street.

The apartment was located close to everything in Naples and the facilities were good. The staff were really attentive, friendly, and very helpful.

Our apartment was good, however, when booking please make sure that you understand that the apartments are in a separate building (close by) which is essentially a residential block not a apart-hotel. It was fine, but on arrival you may be a little surprised by this.

The friendliness and the responsibility, the staff were so helping. They helped us with every trouble we had there. We felt safe, and welcome. I highly recommend having breakfast at least on of one of the mornings you are staying.

The key system, its a little bit hard if you are coming from outside Europe(Asia, North America), but once you get used to it, its not that hard and it might be hard to find reception and lobby, the entrance, we were lucky to run into a staff who was punching in from work though.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, it has a big nice bed, balcony and is fully equipped with Nespresso Coffe machine and kitchen appliances.

I would love some more toiletries (slippers etc) and some more utensils ion the kitchen. It would be also nice to have salt pepper and olive oil in the kitchen so you don’t have to buy them just for one cooking.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. The Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a free room upgrade with an amazing view of the Italian streets below. The coffee in the room was also very good, and the breakfast looked very good. We didn't partake because it's an upcharge, but the convenience would be nice in the morning.

This hotel is very hard to find since it's not super clearly marked so we had to ask some locals where the entrance was and we still ended up at the wrong Le mummarelle. Thankfully they switched our room to this location free of charge. Also, the taxi our hotel booked us tried to rip us off. The guy tried to charge us 45 euros to take a 10 minute drive to the airport with no traffic. He wouldn't even turn the meter on because it "doesn't work that early in the morning." We worked him down to 31 euros but still insanely expensive.
