Such a beatiful gem this hotel. Nice owner welcoming upon arrival with free breakfast due to our early arrival, very appriciated. Perfect location by the boardwalk with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Everthing within walking distance. Nice size rooms with comfy bed. Supernice staff. Breakfast italian standard with lots of sweet things but also youghurt, serials,, bread, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, fruits and italien specialities. Next vist we will stay here again for sure.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. All the suggestions from the receptionist were perfect. Also the guys running the breakfast area were very good at their job. They offered and made coffee immediately . The breakfast itself had quite a good variety of local products suitable for an Italian breakfast so you could have a very nice experience. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. You entered the room and you could smell freshness. You entered the hotel and you could smell clean. Also the area was very nice,next to the sea walk.

The mattress could be a little bit softer. It was a little uncomfortable at times. The bathtub couldn't stand so much water flow so you should be patient while having a shower.

Fantastic location, super clean, very attentive staff who spoke great English. 24 hour reception which is fairly hard to find in Naples, under a certain price bracket. Breakfast was good/what you would expect. Just had everything you needed! Room had a safe, great Aircon (which didn't switch off without a key in like some places) toiletries were very nice, even the cleaners were lovely. For the price this is an unbelievable find given the location

Overall exceed expectation, details below: * Staff was incredible, we booked three seperate rooms, due to one of us got sick, hotel provided late checkout(without any fee). They also offered breakfast once we arrive early due to our flight. Not this but they also called taxi whenever we needed, really great people, thank you! * I also impressed with cleanliness as bed sheets smell super nice, I can feel it is properly washed due to soap smell. * Really good location, near to coastal area also has nice court that allow you enjoy sun.

Fantastic location just off the bay promenade. 5-10 minute walk to port for the ferry and to the Spanish quarter. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Airport bus stops on the port so very easily accessible. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast (cereal, ham, cheese, fruits, pastries). Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water in the mini fridge. Fresh towels and bed made daily.

Shower cubicle was very small - difficult to manoeuvre. But water was hot. Room did become very dusty over the course of the stay. Room was street facing and on occasion street noise was notable - could do with secondary glazing. No I’m room facility for tea/coffee.

We were staying for 3 nights on second floor. Very friendly staff, good breakfast (italian standard) och clean rooms. Great view to ocean and vesiuvius in the background. Cozy feeling. Great area to stay with the beach-walk outside the hotel and a lot of good restsurant. Calm neighbourhood.

Old house, a bit noisy but if you bring earplugs you will be fine! Don't let it scare you, it's not worse than other old houses. The bathrooms are pretty small, but if you are avarage size you will not have an issue, just maybe unusally narrow from your home.

I wanna say that this Hotel was EVERYTHING. The staff was so helpful with helping me get a taxi, to giving me directions. The breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were elegant. It's located near the water with TONS of restaurants and lounges nearby. Security was top notch. For my stay I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to everyone!!

Nice waterfront location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable, There are some nice dining options in the neighborhood. We found a nice dining location on the water next to the Royal Continental Hotel. The gelato shop next door to the hotel is also good.

We booked two rooms and the shower in one of the rooms was tiny. It worked fine for us, but if you prefer a larger shower, request it at booking. In our room, shampoo and body wash were available, but not conditioner. It's an older building so it's not as soundproof as a more modern hotel would be. It's on a side street so I didn't notice any significant traffic noise, but you can hear people in the halls and any rowdyness going on outside. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, bring noise cancelling earplugs, just in case.

Comfortable and it was great to be able to have a fold down twin bed for our daughter. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very accomodating (we got in a little bit before check-in but our room was ready so they allowed us to drop our bags etc so we could grab lunch in the area without having to lug around our backpacks). Bathroom was very typical of an italian hotel (raised tank on the toilet, bidet, and small shower).

No fault of the hotel, but the city is very noisy at night (at least on street level) - cars, people, etc. More of a factor of the city, but if you want it quiet, you should bring your own ear plugs. We didn't have any issues but just an FYI.

Such a wonderful family owned hotel. We stayed there for a week. When we arrived we received a very warm welcome and all the staff working were super friendly and all smiles. We loved the location next to the sea promenade only maybe 30 meters from the hotel. The neighborhood was nice and safe. There is also a very nice terrace in front of the hotel to enjoy breakfast, coffee or wine. We absolutely loved our stay here! Next time we come to Naples we'll definetely choose this hotel again.
