A special mention to Dipen from the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and courteous, and to Shrishti and Raksha at the reception, who greeted us with warm smiles and ensured a smooth check-in. At the spa, Monica provided a truly relaxing experience, and Gargi at the coffee shop served us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Every interaction reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. The hospitality exceeded all expectations — friendly faces, proactive assistance, and a sincere effort to make our stay memorable. This was my fourth visit to The Westin Goa, and I must say, each time it only gets better. We were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality. On my special request, both our rooms were generously upgraded, which added a wonderful touch to our experience. A special shoutout to Raksha at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary room decoration and cake at short notice for my brother-in-law’s birthday. Her thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more special. The entire stay was seamless and memorable. The hospitality was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention for its wide variety of vegetarian dishes and delectable bakery items—you name it, they have it! Looking forward to many more stays at this beautiful property.

Exceptionally good staff, super rooms and brilliant restaurant. The chefs are very accommodating and the pizza class for children is wonderful- chef very considerate and extremely hospitable. Pool is very clean and calm. We stayed in a junior/family suite which I highly recommend for the extra space and comfort. Location is anjuna on newish strip so step out for a mix of local and commercial experiences. The spa is also very good.

Pool bar was closed, but we stayed out of season so I can understand why.. however staff very happy to offer items from other restaurants and bar within hotel.

We stayed for three days and the breakfast was excellent every day! The special treats which were brought to our tables elevated the whole experience. The cocktail hour was a highlight as well. Our kids really enjoyed the starters. The staff is so courteous and always so responsive and helpful.

The only thing which can be improved is the bathroom floor height. The dry area hardly remains dry as the water from the shower area always spills over.

The service is extremely extremely good. Once of the best services i have received. Since there was a special occasion they provided additional services also to us. It was beyond expectation in some services. Bhawana and her team help me a lot. Also Rahul Sonar and Yusuf help with food a lot. They included all thing for us in the dinner package.

It is a bit far from beach though Westin provides shutter for beach.

little piece of hidden paradise. This is an unusual hotel in so much as it is tucked away outside of the normal tourists hotspots. Neither on a beach nor in town, In spite of this, for those looking for non pretentious luxury in a quiet and relaxing setting.. this is the place. Its a short walk (15 to 20 minutes) to the now predominantly abandoned 1970's hippie favourite beaches of Anjuna, Ozran and Vagator. There are a variety of shops and bars relatively nearby. but not built up. This is my second visit in the last two years and as always its a pleasure to stay. The staff are friendly without being overbearing, the food sublime. (Do try the Keralan prawns on the A La Carte) and the facilities comfortable and well maintained. As it is a little remote if you are able, hire a motorbike or driver and get out into the countryside. Being able to explore the North and South of Goa has been a revelation and certainly I'd be happy to return a third time because of the new found freedom.. If you do hire a bike, note insurance is not included on any package so make sure you get something organised yourself. So many people to give a big shout out for their attention to my needs and concern for my wellbeing as a solo traveller. Sadly I don't know everyone's name but they all deserve praise. Sagar, who never failed to greet me with a smile and was always ready to organise everything from changing packages, getting things like sunscreen, to making sure the motorbike was spot on. Chef Raysinh, who would not only come out of the kitchen to check on my food and wellbeing, but took the time to sit down and have a drink with me to talk about general things. And Vijay Singh who made sure meals were a joy. Always ready with a smile and a touch of his heart. So many other staff that I don't have the names of, but always welcoming, friendly and polite. Floor staff, cleaners and even the underground garage guys. What's not to like? Thank you Westin Goa.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was really good, with a variety of delicious options at the buffet, and the chef also offered special dishes that were a delightful treat. The massage at the spa was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel was clean and maintained high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the facilities were excellent and the accessibility features in the room were very useful and thoughtfully designed for the guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely want to come back!

Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa services were all absolutely wonderful.

The fact that they have to operate only with a 3rd party taxi service which charges automatically many multiples higher what the regular taxi price is in the area. Made it less interesting for us, due to difficulty to get around for a reasonable price.

Comfortable, clean, luxurious, in Anjuna beach. The staff (Shill, Sagar, kitchen staff, bellboys), each one were absolutely fabulous service and recommendations for area and super open to feedback on how they can improve to provide excellent service. They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!

In anjuna beach and while it says 18min walk to beach, there is a stretch of road that is very dark at night which makes a female guest feel uncomfortable at night. But they have their own taxis and the staff provides their contact info in case any issues. I did 2 spa massages and the first one was good but second therapist was a miss, would have loved more consistency in therapist.
