Hotel Aurora is a nice little hotel, suited close to the highway in beautiful village by the sea on walking distance from the cost and marine. Quite and peaceful place. It is birds chirping that wake you in the morning.There is a parking for the guests that is free of charge. Very tasty breakfast with the good choice of locally made breads.

The stairways. There are only 2 floors and it is understandable there is no elevator.

What a superb stay! Beautiful and stylishly large refurbished house of with great atmosphere. I was welcomed on arrival by the owner, a friendly Andrea, and his cat. He could not do enough to help me and ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Unusual for Italy, I even had a selection of teas and coffee for making a drink in my room. The breakfast was stunning and all meticulously presented with a selection of fresh and hand made delights. In fact, I could smell the bread being baked before I retired to my room the night before. It's a shame my stay was for only one night. I cannot recommend this delightful hotel enough.

Beautiful reception on arrival and offering lots of information to make your stay more pleasant, Wonderful ambience 🥰 A breakfast was unforgettable, it looked like the breakfast was prepared with love by the owner, a man, which touched the woman's soul (homemade bread, lots of vegetable) 💖 The hotel also offers free parking. A small hotel that stays in your memory and definitely touched my soul 💖

The room are minimalistic and very small, which can be a problem for a person with a phobia. As a small drawback for me is that in the bathroom in front of the shower cabin you don't have a hanger to hang a towel. It would be nice to write in advance that there is no buffet breakfast (although the owner exceeded all expectation and the breakfast was unforgettable!).

They are very welcoming and warm with the guests. The breakfast was great, there was a big selection of food, even for different diets like lactose free or glutenfree. The room was very clean and well equipped.

The room is not big, but there is enough space to pack your thing and the bathroom is very spacious also.

Superb location, exceptionally hepful staff and the free of charge parking facility make this hotel a place where I want to go back. You can always rely on the reception for good advice, recommendation or booking. They have time for their guests.

The hotel is brand new and very modern with attention details. At breakfast my girlfriend took her oat milk because she expected that only regular milk will be available based on experience in other hotels in Italy, but it was not needed. all sort of healthy food options were available exceeding expectations.

Exceptionally friendly couple with a cat runs the place. Human approach with attention for detail without overdoing it.

I had a room downstairs next to where all other guests pass by, I guess rooms upstairs are more quite if you can book those

The hotel is quiet, peaceful, has only 8 rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location next to the Rilke trail, on the street that leads to Duino Castle. Each room has 1 space reserved in the hotel car park opposite the hotel. Another large free parking lot is 100 m above the hotel. The motorway exit is close, but you will not hear any traffic noise. There is also a large Conad supermarket nearby. Rooms are small, but the bed was large and comfortable (we had a superior room). We slept well. Breakfasts were excellent, homemade pastries and cakes, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables.

The furniture was old and there was no second chair in the room.

The owner is friendly and customer-oriented. Breakfast is tasty, with homemade food. Rooms modern and clean. Parking close to the hotel. A small grocery shop and a good restaurant is nearby, a big supermarket also reachable by feet. Close to the hotel is the Duino castle worth seeing and also starts the shadowy Rilke path, along this path you can go to beaches of Sistiana watching beautiful sea landscapes. In my opinion, this is a hotel for travelers, not for lazy vacationers, as it has no terrace or garden, and by feet you need to go to the center of Duino and swimming place for some 8-10 min. But as starting point for your trips around or for an overnight stay it is a good choice.

In our room the window was very close to neighboring wall and with non-transparent glass. If we stayed longer than one night, it would disturb me. But other rooms have normal windows, as far I understand. However, overall impression is very good, thanks to staff and their attention to details.

Excellent welcome from a lovely lady. it was the first time that someone spoke to me in perfect English in Italy. The hotel has everything you need for a short break, even free parking. The breakfast is amazing. They have a sleepy but friendly house cat at the reception.
