My wife and I are experienced cross-country road warriors. We participate in the Comfort Inn & Suites rewards program, although it is not one of our most frequently used chains. This location was excellent - actually the best Comfort Inn & Suites we can recall staying at. Just about everything was first rate and the location is very convenient for anyone traveling north or south to or from I-57/I-55.

The breakfast bar was quite good -- comparing favorably to some pricier competitors. One recommendation is to upgrade the quality of the plastic flatware. It was still rather flimsy, which has been typical of Quality Inns locations in our experience.

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly! The pool was clean, the whole pool area was very very nice. Breakfast was awesome 🤩 and the breakfast staff very friendly too! Everything was great!

I booked through booking.com and I think the price was higher because of it. And the room that we booked was a room for someone with a wheelchair, that was not in the description on booking.com so I was sad that someone who needed it would have this particular room. But the hotel and the amenities were great!

The location was great and the price was awesome for two night I will be staying there again in the near future it was close to everything that I wanted to visit.

Well someone tried to connect there airpod and it connect to my tv and knock out the internet for about 30 minutes but once I called down to the lobby they help me fix it immediately after that everything was good

Property was clean, people were friendly.

Several minor facilities issues. The ice machines in the halls for customers were not working. The soda machine was fully stocked, and had no diet soda. And the cash part didn’t work so you would have to use a card.

I like that I had 2 very rowdy 7 year Olds that wouldn't settle down and were acting wild and the front desk lady showed me some kindness and let the boys swim after hours as long as they were very quiet. She really did me a favor! And that is why I'll keep going back.

I like everything about this hotel.

The breakfast was good and fresh except the second day the biscuits was hard. Lots of variety and choices to eat. Room was clean.

Beds are a little hard and i was afraid of slipping in the shower because there's was no non slip appliques on the tub. Vending machines didn't work most of the time.

It was quiet. Clean. Comfy bed. Hair dryer in bathroom. Large closet. Good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. Paper and pen in room. Large TV. .

We would have liked a paper road map of the state.

Good price and bed was comfortable. Room stayed cool and pool was clean

Elevator kept making loud popping sounds and bottom of tub was very slick (almost fell during shower)

Long road trip home. Easy on/off to access. Clean, comfortable room. Exceeded expectations for being a clean, comfortable room with a free breakfast thrown in.

Property was convenient and easy to get in to.

There was a smell of smoke in areas of the hotel. In fact the first room we were given you open the door and the smell of cigarettes were over whelming.
