The facilities were very nice, everything was open & clean. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet fare but there was a lot of it, the breakfast hours were great & the space for breakfast was plenty large enough for the crowd. Our room was big, quiet & easy to access.

We didn't like that there weren't sheets/pillows in the room for the pull-out bed. I had sent the hotel a message that we were a big family & would definitely be using it. In the room, there was a mattress cover & a blanket but we had to call down twice for sheets/pillows & wait about 40 mins for someone to bring us the items even though we went down to the desk to save them the trouble. It was already about 1030pm when we realized we needed these items so the delay was a bit annoying but overall not the worst thing - we did get the items eventually.

I booked thru booking and put my preference for 2 double beds. When arriving we were told that Booking put us in a room with only one BED! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE>

Excellent location right off highway. Breakfast staff great. Staff in general great

No “quiet time “ posted. We got at knock on our door at 9.59 telling us children were to loud if not quiet we would be asked to leave. Kids were not loud and nothing was said the night before when we were all up till midnight!

The pool was open till 11pm. My room was close to lobby and pool that was extremely helpful since I had my 6 and 4yr old grandkids. They had cookies and milk at 8pm kids loved it!

Only thing I can recall being not perfect, door handle in bathroom needed fixed

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms.

The group above us had stomping kids all night . Not much we could do , I did call the office and asked if they could ask them to keep it down some, and we waited until 10 pm to ask them to be a bit quieter. It went on until 12:30 am.

Location was very close to restaurants and gas stations. The pool was nice and warm. You could jump into it without being cold. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise and very relaxing. Breakfast was good ok. There was a variety of different items to choose from.

Bacon was not included at breakfast. It's only offered on Monday and Thursday. The washing and drying machine could not take cards, only coins. Bubble bath needs to be available at the front desk upon request.

The atmosphere was peaceful- friendly and accommodating staff. The location was good. The room was clean - not perfect but clean.

My side of the bed squeaked whenever I would turn over during the night. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom so that was an inconvenience. A bit pricey for the quality of the room

Hot water was an amazing touch after a long day at work. Allowed me to relax and get into a recoup stage.

The creepy noises like someone was trying to come into my room. Besides that was it for what I didn't like . Else wise is was a great hotel to stay at.

Bed was soft room was nice food was great. The employee on the night we checked in was kind of rude and ot felt as though she was judging us on our looks. We had just left the hospital our son was in there.

The property was clean and everyone I encountered was super friendly. The room was bigger than I expected which was a huge win considering we, as a family of five, were all sleeping in one room.

There was no vent in the bathroom. The carpet underneath the the beds was dusty and there were crumbs/wrappers that had not been cleaned up.
