The room was clean, easy access. We didn’t interact with the staff much, didn’t need to. Easy early checkout. The breakfast has some hot items! The coffee was average. We were able to park within 50’ of our room. Super

The coffee was average, came out of a stand-alone automatic machine. A Keurig would have been a better option. But… that was not a deal breaker for us. We would stay there again.

I got the room online for my partner who was traveling. The check in experience was good for him, had no issues getting everything put on his card at check in. He had no complaints on the room.

I didn’t get the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Location wasn’t where you would really walk around much, but, it was a very convenient location, so, that was fine. Nice room, super friendly staff, and a great value. I’d definitely stay there again.

Housekeeping loudly conversating in the hallway early in the Morning is being very inconsiderate to customers who are there to rest.

Staff was super friendly; had extra toiletries so I was saved when I realized I forgot the toothpaste. It is an older facility but very clean.

The pillows had no support at all and the controls on the air unit didn’t work so the room was a little too warm.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Definitely value for money.

The mix-up with payment. I am still waiting for my refund.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Bed was comfortable and our king room was spacious had a large TV.

Bathroom was clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. The outdoor pool looked nice but closed to early (9pm) that by the time we got back to our room it was to late to swim.

the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place. Easy access. Convienient parking . Nice location to most things in Cape. If you have a mode of transportations. Will be back when we stay in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
