The complimentary evening meal and drinks and buffet breakfast were great. The food was fantastic, the staff was Courteous, friendly, and maintained a healthy food environment. I an also grateful that smoking of any kind is not allowed in front of the hotel entrance. Those of us with asthma appreciate being able to go into a building and not having our asthma triggered. Only one issue kept the place from being perfect.

The noise. The rooms have no kind of buffering to circumvent noise. My room, unfortunately, was right by the elevator, so it sounded like I was staying in a bowling alley. I heard all of the outside noises, and the hall noises. Such as kids running in the halls, and doors slamming. If they invested in soundproofing their rooms, or at least some of them, they would be the perfect hotel.

We arrived around 6:15-6:30pm and was told they had a supper for us and free drinks. After driving all day with my 84 year old father, it was a blessing to just unwind and relax with a drink and not have to worry about leaving the hotel to get some food. The staff was very friendly, absolutely the best!! The meal was very tasty and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations as well. The location was right off the interstate so it was easy to get to also. You get a lot for your money here!!! We loved our stay!

Food was above average. Loved the quiet room - it was a busy period for the hotel and I’m pleased they accommodated my request.

Price was a little high for the location. This particular stay was for the Solar Eclipse, so I understand the pricing for this event; however, my family travels/stays in Cape Girardeau 5-6x per year and has found this property over priced for a single night stay (passing through on long road trip). It might be worthwhile to recognize reservations that are truly stopovers and price accordingly. Families like mine aren’t looking to spend hundreds for 8-10 hours.

Clean, coffee, food, clean!

The price has went up drastically and it makes me sad cause I love this place. With all the other hotels going up in that area I’m not going to be able to stay at drury. 278 a night for this was crazy and I didn’t even realize it until they said it out loud last night. I can stay at others that are brand new for 132 a night. Makes me sad. You have a great place and I have always loved staying there. And, I booked in advance asking for lowest floor due to my anxiety and got the tip top floor 🤦‍♀️.

The hotel room was amazing. I enjoyed all of the pictures in the room and how they depicted our travels. The hotel decor was beautiful. Wow, a hot breakfast with many choices to pick from. They had pancakes along with the eggs, sausages, gravy, biscuits, French toast and etc. A great stay!

We got turned around leaving the hotel from within. We needed to focus more on how we entered the hotel. The hotel have many ways to exit.

I believe this hotel is fairly new, so everything in the hotel has not been used much, which is always nice. Clean rooms and facilities, great breakfast buffet, and nice happy hour menu/drinks.

The only "issue" I had was with the water temperature in the shower. About every 10 seconds, the water in the shower would go from normal, to cold, to scalding hot, the entire time. And, in my humble opinion, for 1 night here, it was a little overpriced. Other than that, it was a great stay and I'd stay there again (if the shower water temp issue gets resolved)

The breakfast was amazing, and the kickbacks were spectacular! They had macaroni at the dinner kickback one night, and it was so delicious (as was everything else we ate!) Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool area was very clean and well kept. We lost something in our room, and the staff went above and beyond to try to locate it!

There’s nothing that could have been better. Everything was exceptional.

I loved the breakfast and especially the "kick-backs." That concept is above other models in a comparative market. Bravo. Keep the customer happy and keep the good work culture moving along.

I have stayed at many hotels and to not be able to consider what I didn't like, is not a common occurrence. I could think of things to improve, such as trees planted between the interstate and the hotel, to help with sounds. But over all it was a top shelf experience.

I was not expecting the dinner given between 5:30pm to 7:00pm. It was very good, and I was able to sit at a table with my family and enjoy a delicious meal without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was delicious too. That special time with my family was worth every dollar spent. Thank you so much. My little dog had a wonderful time also. My dog had fun like a child would. Drury is my new most favorite hotel in the entire USA. All of the staff was very friendly, professional, polite, generous and so much more. That is a quality that seems to be disappearing in most businesses, but Drury has all of those qualities. One other thing I truly loved is the cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Unlike most hotels, I could walk on the carpet without having to wear shoes. I love this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I took so long to discover this hotel. There was nothing to dislike.

Very convenient off the interstate. The breakfast exceeded our expectations (better than our past Drury Inn experiences) so we will for sure try and stay here again our next time passing thru. Breakfast options were plentiful and all that we tried tasted phenomenal! Thanks!

Maybe a couple more pillows on the bed, otherwise everything was great!
