Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were a welcomed find. Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Overall, nice. Thank you.

For most part room was clean and comfortable. Only one side of the bed had an end table. Very inconvenient for second sleeper. Mirror had not been cleaned. Showed finger prints and a lot of dust. Little things like that make you wonder about room cleanliness. Booking.com had in their F A Q from the hotel that the pet fee was 35.00. I was charged 50.00. Small thing but try to get Booking to up date information.

I love this hotel! It is always a wonderful stay. Everyone is very friendly. The staff that work breakfast is friendly to everyone! They stay on top of food refills. They ask if they can throw customers empty plates away. I saw one staff member give a customer a hug bc of their conversation! Not in an overstep way but a very caring way! You could tell their sincerity! The rooms felt clean! We came to this one from another hotel and what a 360 difference! I picked the other one due to the location but I will never pick another hotel to stay at when we’re in Jackson/Cape area!!!!

The room price was more than I wanted to pay but with all the nice things we get it’s acceptable!

Our room was perfect size for my family of 5. We loved that there was such a variety of food served as well! The pool had perfect depths as my 3 year old was able to play just as well as my 5 and 10 year old. Any staff member that we came across was very sweet and always asked if there was anything we needed. When we came into the lobby headed to our event, the woman at the front desk complimented my girls on their flower girl dresses and it tickled them to death!

We found the beds to be too hard and didn’t sleep well. But we found that to be a minor downfall.

I enjoyed the breakfast this day was nice it was a nice location I did not like that the elevator went out when I made my reservations I did advise him I was handicapped so get it up those steps is hard when I had to use the steps because the elevator was broken but besides that it was a good stay

I don't know how I missed that this was a dog friendly hotel and my son has severe allergies and I totally missed that this was a dog friendly hotel or would not have stayed here

Clean, comfortable easy to get to. And I got there I was told that the elevator was not working. I told them that I was kind of handicapped for climbing stairs. Got me a room on the first floor and when we got there, somebody else was already in it. This was not her fault because it was not marked. She said the only thing they had left was something on the second floor so I said I would try to handle it. Well, we slept good and when we left the next morning, we were told that we did not have to pay for the night because we were not told about the. elevator

I will make it short and sweet. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, free breakfast, a simple but nice evening meal at no cost, and did I mention the free popcorn and great rates. I would like to also like give a shout out to our sister in Christ Stephanie Jones who in her kindness and conversation with us during our evening meal made our stay even better.

Everything. Clean. Comfortable. The staff was all GREAT! Would recommend 100%. Wish that was my final destination bc I would’ve stayed there instead of the Hampton I’m in for two weeks. Unfortunately, it was just a stop over for a nap.

The breakfast was good--not too different from most free hotel breakfasts. The location for travel is excellent, right off of the interstate.

There isn't much nearby for non-fast food dining after a day of travel or a coffee shop nearby for hitting the road in the morning.

Large comfortable room! Great beds. Great shower. Very very nice customer service! The night lady, Lena, was especially nice. We got in very late because of rain storm. She offered late check out and to help us with our bags! Very nice!

Only that we overslept and missed a very nice breakfast!
