Great location, friendly staff, clean and well maintained.

The food. Breakfast was repetitive and of mediocre quality. Not terrible, but not delish. Lacked fresh options such as fresh fruit other than a stand of bananas and apples and while they had multiple bread options such as English muffins and bagels, they were stale or old enough to be falling apart. Kickback at dinner was helpful and appreciated as it worked for dinner. Cocktails were great, I loved the margaritas, but food options were again mediocre quality. Not terrible, but again not really fresh and delish. The free breakfast and kickback were appreciated, but I found I was inclined to eat elsewhere so the value was not as high.

The property was very clean and really nice. Location is amazing. So many stores and restaurants close by. We felt very safe. Rooms are so spacious and really clean and nice. Hotel staff was all so friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. 5:30 kickback was amazing. Really good food and drinks. Pool was clean and good size. Free foundation drinks and popcorn anytime. Our family really loved and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking with Drury hotels from now on.

We loved everything about this hotel

Breakfast was a good variety! All was hot and plenty. Tables and seating area were clean. A very pleasant surprise was at check-in……very nice desk clerk presented us with coupons for drinks and an invitation to join all guests for a happy hour (5:30-7pm). There was such a variety of food that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner! (Hot dogs, salad, pulled pork sandwiches, Mac ‘n cheese, baked beans, nachos, popcorn.) Such a welcome treat since it was raining outside too. It seems rare to have such an abundant offer, but so appreciated. Nice job! And the staff was so helpful and nice.

The rooms seemed a bit dated, but the beds were clean and very comfortable.

The location was perfect; the Inn was very close to the place I came to visit. I was pleasantly surprised when Jake let me know food and three drinks were included with my room reservation! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were extraordinary. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Meeting Jake at check-in was my first experience with Drury. He is an exceptional person who made me feel welcomed and at ease. His customer service skills are nothing short of stellar. KaCee, Payton & Karen were equally as helpful & personable. All of the staff made me feel like an important guest, which I cannot say has happened before to this degree in my 61 years of various travels. I was sorry for my quick Missouri trip to be over, but Kathy & Josh served breakfast the next morning with smiles and kindness. All in all, my stay was excellent. I was already thinking about seeing Jake on my next trip. I understand he is moving to a different Drury Hotel, out of state. He will bring wonderful skills wherever he is located. Isn't it funny, I was saddened I wouldn't meet him again; that is how profound a positive impression he made. Kathy gave me a brochure listing all Drury Hotels; I plan to make Drury my first choice when traveling. I even picked up an extra brochure to mail to my sister in Arizona, because she & her husband travel in their retirement. Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Truly, there was nothing I didn't like. My stay was lovely.

A beautifully remodeled property -quiet & comfortable. Gorgeous local art by local photographers featuring iconic Cale Girardeau architecture and properties from the surrounding area. Free hot breakfast is the best! And Kickback dinner, included in our stay, was awesome, allowing us to enjoy our stay in our amazing suite! A great value for the price, ensuring a wonderful carefree stay! And staff really took great care of us!

Love that they offered free breakfast and dinner. We also received complimentary drinks at the bar. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud!

Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order and the hotel was full. The elevator was always either wet from people coming from the pool or sticky from kids spilling drinks.

The room was huge loved the bed so comfy the staff was the friendliest staff I have ever meet one of the ladies working my last night there informed me that there was a drug hotel on property at Disney in Florida and I have already booked my room for vacation in July if 2025

Everything was wonderful

Breakfast was excellant. Location to the interstate was perfect as we were traveling through the area. Our interaction with personel has been outstanding and conversations with workers indicates that they are treated very well and they really enjoy working there.

Nothing as far as we were concerned. Our experience exceeded our expectations.

Amazing customer service and every hotel associate I came in contact with was very welcoming and super friendly. They are very family friendly and free breakfast and dinner was a plus. Food options were great and better than most hotel spreads. The ladies working front desk and dining areas are literally the sweetest.

That we didn't stay longer. 😀

Location, easy access, great parking. Staff were exceptional! Room was clean & very comfortable. Nice to have the separate bedroom! Linens & bath towels were crisp, clean and fluffy. Bathroom was big and the shower & water pressure were awesome! Kickback and breakfast were great.
