Nice and helpful staff, very clean and convenient place. Very big room with plenty of space for things, clothes horse (very helpful since I arrived soaked), really comfy bed, but also couch in the room. Peace and quiet. Close to the old town and shops, but also to Berlin - Usedom Radweg (cycling route). Good breakfast. I could store my bike in the dedicated shed with the bikes of other guests, what also enabled me to meet nice cyclists in the morning :)

I have stayed in this hotel before and I loved it. Lots of space, big room, cleanliness. The hotel is right in the center, close to the old town and the river. Lots of interesting old photos on the walls. The breakfasts are great. For Easter, every guest got a chocolate bunny, which is very nice.

It would be great to have a small soft pillow.

Very good breakfast. I could pick up the key easily late in the evening. Not to central for me, but generally good location, too

Hotel is very central , and very easy accessible when coming into town.. huge secure car parking area behind the Hotel with accessibility to the rear of the building from the car park itself. Comfortable beds, very clean and well presented rooms. Great spread for breakfast, wouldn´t hesitate at all to book again if passing through town.

Great location in a rather sleepy town, with a lovely small waterfront and fantastic museum (Otto Lilienthal). The hotel used to be a thermal spa! It's super old-fashioned bordering on kitsch, but they're genuine and kind. The room was huge and surprisingly had a mini bar. Shower small, though bathroom big. Great breakfast.
