The staff was amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. Also the hotel and staff is 100% pet friendly, we could go everywhere with our dog, and also had a welcome kit for him.

We paid all inclusive but they would still charge us if we wanted a different drink from the list, to drink in a glass, to eat something in the pool bar, etc... So we didn't understand why they would call it all inclusive. But besides that, we had a very nice time.

The pool area is wonderful with fresh pool towels every day, music and entertainment. The rooms were clean and had really good air conditioning.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I was sceptical after reading some people’s reviews but it was good value for money for the all inclusive option. There were no extra charges on our account at the end of the trip because we made sure to only eat and drink from the inclusive menus.

Location and setting excellent. Beach very nice and great for snorkelling with many fish. Staff exceptionally friendly. The dancing after the evening show was very good.

The all inclusive wine was really disappointing. Appreciate cost is a factor but this was by far the worst wine we’ve ever been offered and it needs to be improved. I really wish all inclusive resorts would remember that customers are not getting free drinks - they have been purchased in advance. The floor show (run by staff) was a little disappointing. The staff did their best but some professional entertainment would have been welcome even if only occasionally. Many guests would grab sun loungers in morning and keep them all day even though they were not using them. Should be a way to prevent this.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Also loved the pool area.

The hotel’s location is poor. The town is small and lacks restaurants, cafés, or shops. Breakfast is very average, and dinner is definitely not worth €38 per person. The entertainment team puts in a lot of effort and is sincere, but the performance quality feels like something from a school play. The cocktails definitely need improvement – they taste awful. The only drinkable option is the Aperol Spritz.

This resort made our vacation wonderful. Everything was great! Clean, beautiful rooms, Delicious food, well maintained property and Amazing location to visit near by beaches! I would love to visit again soon!

The pool side bar was a disappointment. Even the hot drinks like coffee was served in a plastic cup. When Asked to give normal cup then they replied since you have all-inklusive, you will not get the normal cup. What an insult! It made us feel that getting all-inklusive looked down upon here at this bar. One guy there was really rude and did not even say this with politeness which made it even worse experience. Also the drinks you get in this bar for all-inklusive are poor quality. For example, a simple Cola if you get with all-inklusive, it tastes really bad compared to if you buy a Cola there. I loved this resort but the bar at this resort is bringing the reputation of the resort down. I would highly recommend changing the bar vendor!

The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, highly professional, and very helpful; when we encountered a room that wasn’t suitable for elderly guests with mobility issues, they resolved the problem within 10 minutes, allowing my whole family to enjoy our stay. The hotel is large and resort-style, bustling with activity as new guests constantly arrive, so it’s not ideal if you’re seeking complete peace and quiet. However, the property itself and its grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush vegetation contrasting against the white buildings and blue sky, and offering especially impressive views of the small port and the sea.

To make the guest experience even better, it would be great to offer a wider variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner options, as the current meals feel more like a three-star rather than four-star standard. For those interested in a massage, it’s a good idea to book right after your stay, as appointments fill up quickly, even at the end of the season the waiting time was 2 days. The tennis courts could also use some renovation, as they currently seem a bit neglected.

Gorgeous views fab pool and private beach rooms lovely staff amazing very picturesque place and would definitely stay again drinks were good limited choice but we managed to find plenty to drink food was very Italian pasta fish salads etc not much for children plenty fresh fruit and water on tap very accommodating to our requests bottle of Prosecco on arrival in room which I emailed and they kindly obliged beautiful gardens swings slides mini farm all great for a relaxing holiday was a pleasure to stay there

Not much entertainment on at night and pizza bar was closed all inclusive wasn’t the best snacks were not up to much as pizza area closed due to being out of season spa was an additional cost which wasn’t aware of understand paying for treatments but assumed you could use the pool sauna etc included. But not to worry nothing around hotel in a very remote place but was good to just relax if that’s what you want otherwise if you want nightlife shops etc it’s not the place to go quite noisy bedrooms could hear above and next door specially if you were near young children if you like cider there isn’t any just a heads up only one supermarket near by otherwise taxi or bus to main areas

We liked the fact that it was away from the hussel and busal of over tourist area, the staff were very polite and friendly, and wanting to make sure we had everything we needed, being a wheelchair user. The food & drink was amazing, with a wide variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic available all day on the all inclusive deal, with plenty of food at meal times and throughout the day in the way of snacks... Pool ways very accessible for me with graduated sides and lots of water based aqua aerobics throughout the day I would recommend this hotel to all ...

Bathroom was not to the standard of a access bathroom in the UK, but it was useable with a very good shower chair they bought to the rooms. Also the room could of been better with being a few more inches, so wheelchairs can move around better as it was very tight and I kept knocking the furniture..

The staff was lovely and very helpful, the room was bigger than what we expected especially because we were 3 people and our room had space for everyone to be comfortable. the entertainment people added a spark to the whole place that I cannot describe, they were working whole day, putting smile on everyone's faces. this place was amazing for all age groups. on the moment I arrived I asked if I can hold a moon ceremony the next night for the eclipse and they were so inviting and helpful and made it happen in only a few hours.. so lovely! I am definitely coming back
