I appreciate the friendly staff you have from all levels including the car wash sfaff , garden service guys. Please I allow me to applaud the ladies that prepare the room every morning, they were doing a good work for me. We had a relaxing stay, quit place I must say. Thanks very much!

The whole facility is good across . And The hotel is on the right position for the tourist.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, great air conditioning, good wifi and a bar fridge - everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

Showerhead was too harsh (felt like being hit with needles of water) and R 2000+ is simply too expensive for one night's stay.

It would have been great if the price included the cost of the breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice

On our last day there was no water and electricity and we called the reception for Plan B especially in terms of water. They said they will get back to us. We checked out without them coming back to us. We left without washing

Check in was great enjoyed the comfortable beds and wonderful showers great room service and super friendly staff.. Dinner was awesome and the buffet breakfast was amazing it really exceeded my expectations. Protea Marriot is also conveniently located be it industrial sites, malls or fueling stations great location. Will definitely be back for another stay. Staff was really exceptional

However would like to recommend an area to take photos as the Protea logo is on the top left entrance of the building and there is no logo at the lower level where the flags are situated. if a logo could be put there with lighting would be really awesome and very visible upon arrival for guests especially at night. Arrows to indicate additional parking for guests overnight and asking during upon check in, whether guest would like their vehicles' exterior washed prior to their departure or on arrival.

Situated on Nelson Mandela Road, it offered easy access to popular attractions and was conveniently close to public transportation, making my exploration of the city seamless and enjoyable. In summary, my stay at Protea Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Great hotel, best location for my travel purpose

Shower gel bottle was empty. It means house keeping didn’t check and refilled. On my arrival a cockroach was walking on the toilet door… an occasional fumigation is needed. Toilet door handle was loose, could dislocate anytime.

The staff was nice, room was clean , bed was comfortable, hotel pool side area was beautiful , lost my charger and they found it so they’re reliable and trustworthy.

Breakfast was plain but it tasted good. frames on wall of historic figures in black and white but were creepy when trying to sleep.

The meals were delicious and sufficient always. There's always water and juice at the lobby, cold and refreshing. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We were checked daily if we were still happy and comfortable.

A bigger bar refrigerator would have been better.

Great hotel with all you that you will need for your stay in Mahikeng. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable, restaurant is available on site, close to surroundings in Mahikeng!

Breakfast was not included in our stay, we paid for the one morning, it was limited and not worth the money spent in comparison to the rest of amenities and the quality of the hotel.
