The inside of the apartment was homely and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Ntate Tsetse, who received us, was extremely professional and friendly. We had a "home from home" experience. I would caution that the same way that the interior of the apartment is kept clean, the stairs leading to the apartment are also clean to provide a complete satisfactory experience. Walking to the apartment didn't give us confidence in the cleanliness of the place, but we're pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment and our rooms. Other than the unclean stairs, my overall experience was pleasantly exceeded.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. It is close to different brands of food outlets and supermarket shops, making it convenient for self-catering accommodation.

The gravel road and yard trap poodles of water when it is raining. I recommend that paving or tarring of the road in the yard would greatly improve the guest experience.

Very smalll and beautiful beautiful apartment, just as shown on picture. Near shopping mall, stadium even though a little hard to locate due to road works.

●No broom in the apartment, it will be nice to have a welcome pack of few essentials such as salt, dish liquids, other than that no complains at all.

I loved everything! My first impression when I meandered into the industrial area where the hotel is situated (as my very first time there) was trepidation. I was so pleasantly surprised! Safe premises. Lovely and supportive people. The Crossing (shopping mall with restaurants and more) is walking distance or a hop and a skip across a four way stop away by car. I will go back at a drop of a hat if ever I have business in that neck of the woods again. A gem!

Two minor issues, but sorted rather swiftly: 1. We clearly booked in as two people (my husband and I) right from the start and received confirmation for it as well. Howevever, only one shower/bath towel and hand towel in the bathroom (quickly sorted after we asked for more). 2. The TV/DSTV would not work on the first night and could not be resolved by the Reception gentleman on duty (even after he interacted with the manager (?) and tried to resolve it in C2. It was resolved the next morning (25 April) and all was well on our second evening on the 25th.

Lots of extras if I wanted to cater for myself, spacious room, generally modern finishing, very comfortable. Very clean.

Cable TV didn’t work, but was fixed once reported.

It was quiet and the satellite television had all the channels to pick from.

More vegetation could enhance the scenery.

The room is very spacious and it is a self catering. it has everything in the kitchen to use, both shower and bath were there to be used. the place is just not making you feel at home only, but to be at home. The yard is very big for you to walk around for meditation. the security is very good.

Nothing at all, everything was very perfect for me from the security, reception to the room.

The location of the property is ideal. The property is serviced everyday and kept clean which is great!

The units are spaced very close together and the guests around us were making a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep.
