Our last stop before getting the Chunnel home. It has a secure car park and the hotel is located on a retail park so there are various places to get food. Room was comfy, staff were helpful and friendly too.

Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic, it seemed there wasn't a lot of staff and a fair few choices had run out. Also the coffee machine broke and there is only one.

A very convenient location to spend a night when traveling a longer distance. The room was very modern. The staff was very friendly and efficient. In the evening there was only a single person on duty to take care of the reception plus manage room service and all other issues. He did a great job- but a second staff member would definitely help a lot.

It’s clearly quite a new hotel as it felt like the design was very contemporary. The room felt surprisingly spacious due to the well thought out design. The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and very happy - even late at night which was nice, considering we arrived at almost midnight. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was good too. Free parking, over the road from a huge supermarket and petrol station too - absolutely perfect for what we needed.

I took ear plugs because I sleep with them in at home. If you’re sensitive to noises/road noise, this may be an issue in the mornings. No complimentary water in the room, but can’t fault the hotel as there are plenty of options for water nearby. Just something you expect in a hotel room typically.

Clean and comfortable. Really friendly staff at check in. Plenty of free parking for tall car with roof box.

Receptionists are courteous and helpful during my stay there and the continental breakfast is delicious. The room is adequately sized, well-insulated and clean. There are several shops nearby including a large Auchan store as well as several restaurants for simple meals. Highly recommended for any trip to Sens.

Location was good for a night stay during a long trip but it was loud cause of some party outside and motors driving around.

This place offered a wonderful refuge for me after I drove from Portugal and my car broke down in Sens. The staff was super attentive, extremely helpful and very friendly, spoke very good english too. Followed a good and strict Covid protocol, which made me feel safe. The room was new, a perfect space for me even though i had loads of luggage with me. I could work very well on their wifi too, the desk in room was a perfect fit for it. all in all super modern equipped hotel. Very good breakfast, even had gluten free bread for me (I m cealiac), lovely coffee machine. I would return even if my car would not break down as I think it s a perfect stop over hotel on the way down or up. Located close to centre comercial, good shopping possibilities.
