The location was great for our road trip. It was right off the freeway. There was not much around, but it felt very safe. The staff was very nice and it was exceptionally clean for a budget motel. There was lots of fresh air and a view of grass and lots of yellow flowers during our stay in July.

The first room did smell like smoke, but the wonderful staff member quickly got us a new room and that one worked great for us.

The man checking me in was not putting the correct credit card information, and caused me to have to call my bank, and made a 5 minute process take all day. He kept putting the wrong expiration date. I would assume on purpose, considering we spoke about the information Outlook with my bank. It was not until the next afternoon that a different (female) employee alerted me to the wrong information being loaded into the system. She was very helpful.

Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Wonderful shower with excellent pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. The sink had good vanity space to set toiletries and was outside the shower/toilet which is convenient for two people, and it was also nice to have two chairs in addition to the desk chair. We would definitely return if passing through the area again.

No complaints at all. We were very happy with our choice for this one-night stay.

The “breakfast” could use some improvement. Overhearing others in the breakfast room and my own experience there is room for improvement, especially since we were charged $6 per person per night for breakfast, even when you didn’t participate in the “breakfast “ experience!

Kitchenette didn’t have any crockery or cutlery, overhead exhaust fan or lighting did not work. Taps labeled backwards in kitchenette, No toaster or kettle in room

This was my second time staying here, because it is so nice. Clean and cleaner! lovely room, attentive staff. Breakfast was very basic but that was adveritsed and expected.

Half and half for coffee please. Whole milk was an ok alternative.

The staff and housekeeper were very friendly and made me feel at home. The water was hot, the area was quiet with plenty of food options surrounding.

Location was perfect

Had an issue with the shower. It was fixed the same day so that I didn't have to move rooms. Very satisfied with the response to the issue

Stopped by on our way home from out west. Perfect spot for a stop. Restaurants nearby and they had a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and had alot of TV channels.

Can't really say I didn't like anything. It was as we expected a hotel chain to be.
