I called prior to check in time and asked if our room was ready and if we could check in and it was! We got there a short time later and it was an easy and quick check in but the keys to the room did not work so back down to the front desk and quickly fixed. The location on the main hwy is great, as well as the view/location to the golf course.

The inside pool needs some cleaning and TLC. The lighting outside of the pool area was not there and could be a danger to those who are prone to accidents ro just like to sue people/businesses. The room could use new AC's as it was never real cool and it was not hot outisde. Breakfast was just ok, nothing great, but the room rate was reasonable.

The Continental breakfast was sufficient. The sausage didn’t look like it was cooked enough. The swimming pool outside had an umbrella in it so that was outbound to us and the pool inside was very far from our room and geared towards children so we weren’t able to use that.the staff was super nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV selection is questionable. But for the most part, we had a great time. The restaurant downstairs served really good food.

The outside swimming pool had stuff in it and the inside swimming pool is geared more towards children.

Better breakfast options. I expected more at a hotel this nice. Either have better hot options or have the restaurant open for breakfast.

I liked that the patio doors of the room opened to ground level on the outside.

The two floors of rooms were split level in relation to the lobby and breakfast area. Also, there was no elevator. So I could not go from room to lobby or breakfast without using some stairs unless I went outside through the hallway’s ground level door and through the parking lot to the lobby.

breakfast was great and minervas restaurant attached/pool facilities and hot tubs were great

they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more, we also asked for more towels as they did not come in each day and service the room he told us he would and he did not, so were disappointed that we had to reuse towels as we left early and came back late each day

Breakfast was great! Staff was very kind! Loved the access to porches and double rooms with kids. Kids loved the indoor pool!

Could use some updates with workout room and door to pool was broken

The rooms were clean. Everyone was so friendly. We loved the sports bar in the evening to relax. Madi the bartender was awesome

One reason I booked was for the pool. Just wanted to relax in a lounger and get some sun but I was told the pool doesn’t work and you had no loungers. 😢

The staff was wonderful, especially when we checked in. Krystalee and Faye were so helpful and friendly, not only did they let us check in early, they greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. The pool was fun and the breakfast was very well stocked and clean. We will definitely be staying again.
