I liked the room, it was clean and with an ambience I like.

The breakfast was sub standard. At 8 am some trays were already empty with no refill. I was trying to get a cappuccino but it was not included in the breakfast menu price. No issues, I was ready to pay. First they wanted me to go back to my room and order via room service and have it in my room. Latter when I convinced them that I would like to have my coffee and breakfast at the same time and that I have the sufficient funds to pay for it was served at my table, but unfortunately they sold to me for 16 SAR a Nescafé sachet of “cappuccino” poured into hot water. Lesson learnt.

I traveled for work and was looking for a high standard place to stay in. Aber Hotel was the best, I stayed with them for 5 weeks. I have experienced a great hospitality from all the staff with no exception; receptionist, concierge and janitors. They were smiling all the time and very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The room and facilities are top clean and warm since I visited during winter which I liked the most, the bed is super comfy and smell fresh and clean as well as the towels and slippers. Additionally, my car was parked safely at their private parking space. I like every single detail about it and will always come back to stay them.

When I stayed with them it was rainy season so it was difficult to walk pass the street which was always filled with water. Also there was no restaurant in the hotel. However, everything else was great.

Good location with modern amenities in the room. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was average and there is a room for improvement. Room service menu has limited options and that also mostly fast food items such as sandwiches, burger etc...

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. Overall a nice experience.
