I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and helpful receptionist. She quickly got me checked in and made sure to put me on a non-smoking floor, which I appreciated as a non-smoker. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the local attractions and amenities I wanted to visit. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant, hassle-free accommodation option in the area. The combination of the friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made for a wonderful experience.

the sbathroom floor was a bit wet (though it was clean). Additionally, the AC was not running when I first entered the room, so it took a little while for the temperature to cool down.

Clean Room and Quiet. I had a great night sleep. All bedroom furniture is new. Staff were kind and very helpful. Special thanks to Ferdos who made it a different experience and I would be back again because of such staff.

I was actually not happy about the bathroom and how old it looks and it definitely needs replacing. There was no electric socket next to my bed. There was an electrical cable next to the Jacuzzi which needs immediate attention as it looks unsafe.

Great location and the was quiet for a good sleep. Everything in the room was new from the floor to the furniture. A big improvement from my last visit.

The view was the worst that you can imagine. The toilet seat was the worst and I had to flush it twice!, just buy a new one since you renewed everything. Also, the shower water would go everywhere in toilet floors. Finally, the atmosphere in the reception was discouraging and you feel not welcomed there during both check in and check out.

Great receptionist Sultan who was nice and welcoming, the same goes to the lady when checking out. A complimentary Coffee and Dates upon my arrival. Bedroom was new starting from the painted wall as well as carpet, bed and everything inside the bedroom. Bedroom was comfy and everything in the bed was new and clean and would comeback again.

Toilet cleanness was average and the jacuzzi was old and open from the sides. Air filter inside the toilet was very noisy and there was no way to turn it off. It was mentioned that the room had a seating area however once arrived there was no seats in the room and the bedroom had more than enough empty space for a seating area. Some electrical sockets were old.

I thank brother Fardous very much for his high-class treatment, cheerful face, and more than wonderful employee. My advice is to keep him.

the bathroom need renovation. the water was leaking all night long the bathroom floor was slippery because of the water, the bathroom door has no handle from the inside & the shower looked very bad.
