Nice rooms, they even let me upgraded me as i was going to checkout early. The hotel was quite good but i could not leave it during day time due to security reason.

I was blocked in the hotel until 7pm due to security reason. After the police came to escort me to visit one mosque and to eat. I could not visit the center as it was closed due to a national holiday.

The room was amazing. Very clean white sheets and towels, toiletries. Room service was great, decent food. Clean bathroom and everything was working. Good value for money.

The female reception staff member is highly incompetent, and every matter with her ended in a lot of confusion and disappointment. Either she doesn't understand English, or she really doesn't care about guests. Of the 3 times I asked and needed an escort, there was a 1-3hr wait. Despite me making prior arrangements a day before.. 3/3 times disappointed. I confirmed 4times about escort, and then on the 4th time, only then did she call them ....

I always stayed at this hotel, they have very good location my family always ask me to stay here because they provide very friendly environment. They don't have gym but otherwise overall everything is very good. Specially I would appreciate their breakfast it's so tasty. This hotel is on the road just accessable to the Multan city because it's centre. Parking is in the basement where they have security guards which is best for a traveling family cuz you have so much luggage and car should be somewhere like this. Thank you and will come back in August inshallah.

I would say there should be air-conditioning in the lobbies or Central air-conditioning should be installed.

The hotel is great! Good location, huge clean room, hot water. Very tasty food! But the best in the hotel is the staff! Unfortunately, I didn't ask the name of the young man at the reception. Professionalism at the highest level! Very polite, incredibly patient, helps with everything! In Multan, foreigners can only walk with a police escort. And this can cause negativity from guests, as it did with me. The staff really helped me cope with this! And thanks to them, I spent an incredible, unforgettable, most magical time in Pakistan! Thank you very much!

Despite increased cancellations of other accommodation due to their lack of NOC registrations (although all my bookings were correct and valid), I spent an unplanned long but very nice and very pleasant stay in very trustful good hands in this NOC hotel! The rooms are absolutely clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly lovely, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast as well as dishes from the menu are excellent, very tasty and prepared with noticeable love. Foreigners are only allowed outside when accompanied by security guards. This hotel is the only NOC hotel in Multan. Thank you for your genuine hospitality! My 100% recommendation.

Cleanliness was top-notch. It's been a while since I felt this comfortable in a hotel when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. The room didn't have any foul smells, the AC worked great, and there is also a huge window that you can open for ventilation. The window was a great plus for me as I smoke so I could keep the window a little open to get fresh air at all times. Please know that it can be a bit loud if you open the window. The staff was kind and very helpful. A lot of bang for your buck. I moved here from another hotel that was charging me the same amount but with crap service and dirty rooms.

AC got turned off for a few hours while I was asleep. Turned out that after a routine power cut (Load-shedding) they have to manually start the ACs from their backend but they forgot to do so for my room so I woke up in sweat on my first day. However, the staff apologized and fixed the issue and I never had that problem after that.

Cleaning was at its peak. The staff was dealing so politely. And the food was very delicious I highly recommend their Special chicken karahi.Everything was perfect. The especially air conditioning system was just like that the connection is coming from Siachen(سیاچن)(feels like -10C) 😂 anyway jokes apart but AC was also at its peak. Jazakallah.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. It has a good location, not far from the major sights of Multan. The AC and wifi worked well

It is noisy with vehicle horns honking, but that stops around 11 pm, and then it is quiet, so I was able to sleep well.

Despite mandatory armed police escort they are the one hotel out of 5 who said they could host foreigners, the other hotels cancelled. Very friendly staff, great food portions.

This place surprised me! I'd a comfortable stay. The room was spacious. The wifi, fast. The staff were so helpful and kind. The location is right by a main road so it's easy to be picked up and dropped off. And for the price you pay, it's worth every penny.
