Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient location. The bed was great. Very nice breakfast including premade omelettes (including egg white omelettes), a pancake maker (with regular and sugar free syrup), cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, bread, etc. The king jacuzzi suite was very nice. I'm sure we'll stay here again, as our daughter lives nearby.

The down pillows weren't my favorite, but I'm picky about pillows, so my opinion on that is just an opinion. TV said it had streaming ability, and maybe it did, but we couldn't make it work, and it wasn't an issue for us for only one night. The light outside the window made me keep thinking it was daylight, but on the other hand, it was a well-lit parking lot, so I can't really complain about that, although I guess the window blinds could be designed a little better. Honestly, a really nice stay. Any negatives were inconsequential.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good. We had a family suite and it was huge. The beds were super comfortable. We had such a nice stay.

The only recommendation I have is maybe put a table for dining and a bigger mini fridge.

The pool was a little cold and cloudy. The hot tub was overloaded with chlorine, and you could only sit in a few minutes before it burned your eyes.

The employee Cherry was AMAZINGLY KIND AND ACCOMIDATING! The location was so convenient and perfect. The indoor pool and hot tub were great! All around, a perfect experience.

Room had maintenance issues, loose door handle, loose tiles, faucet fixture loose and leaking. Beds were a little high and not easy to get in and out of.

The staff are polite and amazing. Super clean room. The breakfast is really good. Everything you could want. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub for the winter.

The staff were exceptional! So kind and gave us delicious homemade cookies for Christmas!

The elevator is scary! It didn't have any paperwork showing its last inspection, and it was eerily slow.

Location, we always choose Holiday inn because of the comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is always a plus. Breakfast and coffee is always ready.

I liked everything but the disabled room had a toilet far to low. I had to have my son buy a bedside commode to provide a base to elevate my self when I needed to use the toilet

awesome pool/spa. we were able to get a jacuzzi room pretty reasonably because it was outside of the metroplex and on the interstate.

the noise from the Highway if you one the front side got a little loud but nothing too disturbing.
