Very nice hotel, good location with easy to hwy, didn't hear hwy noise. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. The staff was excellent very accommodating. Breakfast was good with choices. I felt safe walking my dogs. They accepted pets, but you pay a bit for that privilege.

I requested a room for handicap since my husband uses a walker, going distance is a challenge for him. They said they had a handicap room for him. It was a challenge to walk all the way to the elevator which was a distance from front desk, then go to 3rd floor and walk 1/2 way down the hall to the room. The only "handicap" about the room was the bathroom, even that wasn't good - no walkin shower - struggle with bathtub if you want to bathe. At the elevator it says in emergency to use the stairs. REALLY? A person in a walker is going to use stairs from 3rd floor? He's stuck. This hotel, and others we have stayed in need to re-think what a handicap room is - where it is.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and a nice variety, like waffle, cereal, yogurt, bagels, fresh fruit. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly.

The property was dated and definitely needs a makeover. The blow dryer didn’t work and toilet needed to be “finessed” to work properly. The door kept getting stuck ,so hard to close. The TV had to be programmed every time it was turned on. It was a bit disappointing.

It was very clean

It wasn’t the properties fault, but the guest above us where making noise what felt like all night long. I get having a romantic evening, but for hours on end… it was a bit much. After not being able to handle it any more (we had a wedding the next day) I let the front desk know as they were quick to put a stop to it. To the staff, thank you for helping us out the that matter.

The beds were actually nice. Decent location right off Highway. Pet friendly. Pool. Breakfast.

The housekeeping is a little different but it has signs stating that. We had three people and when we got to the room it would have been nice to have at least that many towels not super inconvenient though

The beds including the blanket were not comfortable the pillows were flat. The water pressure was not good. I really didn’t find the breakfast very appetizing because the hot stuff was still like warm and the biscuits were hard.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, price was good

Bathroom was updated but the details of the look was off, you cold tell where the old sink/counter area was. not the most professional remodel. The calk around the shower/tub was not well done and the color was off. Except for that I give the property a 9/10 for maintenance. I would stay there again!

The hotel stay was pleasant aside from one issue.

The one issue I had was my vehicle being broken into. Thankfully there was no damage and nothing taken but my vehicle was jimmied open and my belongings gone through.

Staff was great room was OK. breakfast fine, no real issues

I could tell the closet area had been patched/redone and there was really no place to hang things without the clothes dragging

The room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and great.

When I arrived there were grasshoppers all over the entrance to the hotel. I imagine there's not much they can do about them, they were everywhere outside but it was a little gross at the start. They were not anywhere else in the hotel!

The great selections for breakfast. The beds were comfortable also.

Pool hours should be until 10 p.m. now that it is summer! The choice of juices at breakfast was excellent. But, they tasted pretty watered down which was disappointing.
