How on earth can you be out of regular sugar packets for over a month? I went to Walmart & they have tons of sugar. Your employees told me you can’t get it because of the tariffs? This is terrible that you can’t go purchase something that is readily available. Very disappointing!

Dogs in the room next door to us in room 215 barked Friday night till 1am! No one shut them up! Put dogs on first floor so they can be taken out easily.

The check in was easy and inviting. It is the simple things that add that extra touch -like having water infused with fresh oranges after a long drive was nice. The room was large and the facility was clean. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff kept everything stocked well. The employees were all very professional, friendly and helpful.

We ran in to a hiccup but were able to get it changed so that turned out okay-I guess I could just say for renting the room for two nights we did not have enough clean towels but no big deal.

The only thing that I can say is that I was disappointed that the pool was closed our second day at stay the pool was good the first night I wish it would have been open the second

Predictability. Breakfast was as expected for the Hampton Inn IHG chain and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Interstate road noise and one way traffic in and out of the hotel. Staff were a little bit cool and stand offish.

This hotel is next to a large shopping area with major stores and lots of restaurants.

The hotel overall was clean. The room was clean as well. Good location with several restaurants nearby.

The mattress was miserable. It was super hard and I woke up with neck and back pain.

Pool is outside by the parking lot and highway. You feel pretty exposed. Price is high for the area.

Loved the greeting with my name on the Tv when walked in the room. Was super clean and felt cozy.

The beds were a lil to firm for me but was still nice.. the price was a bit steep for my budget but worth it.

Clean and located close to a lot of shopping and eating places.

The pillows in the bedroom is bad and it’s too soft.

Good location. Clean room. No mold in shower like a lot of places. Comfortable bed. Blackout window shade.

Breakfast should have eggs without cheese.
