This new Four Seasons hotel in the center of Hangzhou offered us an exceptional experience, excelling in service, dining, facilities, and more. From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that made us feel valued and well-cared-for throughout our stay. We stayed in this new Four Seasons hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment ! The buffet breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of gourmet dishes including Chinese and Western flavors that showcase both creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. Hotel facilities, including the rooms, garden, fitness center, spa, and pool, are modern, luxury and provide guests with all the amenities needed for both relaxation and recreation. Additional features such as responsive concierge, attentive staff in the restaurant and seamless check-in and check-out processes add to the comfort and ease of staying here. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard, delivering a well-rounded and satisfying experience that makes it a top choice for our future travels.

Everything was great!

Everything was wonderful. The staff, even though not everyone spoke English, made every effort to be helpful at all times and did their best to assist. The food, the comfort of the rooms, and the entire facility were all excellent. I had a truly enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting, whether they are looking to combine work with relaxation or simply enjoy good food and a great location in Hangzhou.

We stayed in Hangzhou for my wife’s birthday, and the staff did a wonderful job - from the welcome to the Happy Birthday sign on the window to the delicious cake, they made the stay wonderful. Also, the hotel is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and everything is clean/works!

The breakfast was excellent and the hotels facilities were good. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to try the pool and spa.

The concierge and front desk should be together as it is cumbersome to go up and down when I require service.

We like everything there. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is very good... delicious foods and a nice setting. The room is very spacious and clean.
