Liked the welcome. They arranged for an airport pick up as well. Sujan Mandal, the duty manager was so courteous and so amicable. Chef Sudeep had a lovely dinner ready for us, as per our choice. Debarshi, Suprity, Apu, Binay, all were very very helpful and extremely dutiful. We received a welcoming fruit basket and a lovely room. The breakfast spread was massive and so was the dinner buffet. Each and every item tasted so ethereal that we know for sure that the chefs cooked with love.

The response time for any query is very slow, including housekeeping. They really need to work on that. They say that you will receive a call back but they don't give you a call back. Only if this service improves they are good to go.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The services were prompt. Though they have just one restaurant catering to all the food requirements, apart from a cafe and a bar, the menu there is decent and the food quality is good. The housekeeping people deserve appreciation, and so does Srishti at the front desk.

The minibar in the room was empty, which is really disheartening for a mariott property. There was almost no outside area to sit and relax, which makes it more of a work/transit hotel.

I was in a hurry, but I requested for scrambled egg. They made "the perfect scrambled egg" - something that I was eating after a very very long time (would rate it next to only those available at India Habitat Centre (New Delhi). Dinner was good, and to my surprise, found good old Pritam, (we met at Marriott Indore) who as joined as the Executive Chef. It a small world indeed!!!!

May be the blanket cover could be changed, got a bit of bobbled out. But not unclean or anything unpleasant at all. The towels could also be replaced by superior quality ones. But then, the hotel tariff FULLY JUSTIFIES the quality provided.

The staff was very attentive esp at the breakfast , & general response time was good of all the staff.

A party was going on outdoors, and the sound was coming till our rooms upstairs. Not a desirable situation. Also, basic medicines like Crocin analgesic were not stocked for emergency.

Room size. Cleanliness in room. Clean linen. Courteous staff. Good location. Agreed to request of early check in. Had a comfortable stay.

Tissues were all soggy in the washroom. The mini fridge did not have a freezer. Some food preparation did not match the standards of a 5star.(Vermicelli, sabudana tikki, burnt garlic rice & bakery items)

Our stay as a family was very enjoyable and relaxed. The property is very nice and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful especially at the front Desk. special thanks to Ms Rajashree for all the courtesy extended. All facilities are well maintained and equipped especially the Spa is very good.

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott Raipur. The hotel is luxurious and well located (only 15min from the airport). Moreover it was the staff who made our stay unforgettable. The whole team was very welcoming and helpful, especially Anubhav from the guest service team who excellently looked after us during dinner and breakfast. We would definitely rebook it ☺️

The staff is extremely helpful. Especially Neha at the reception who helped me arrange the pick up and drop off from the airport seamlessly.

The pillows in the bedroom could be more firm, they were really soft and uncomfortable.

A mid-sized hotel in a peaceful location out of the busy part of town. The pool, gym and spa facilities are excellent. do treat yourself to a spa treatment, it really is excellent quality. large and comfortable rooms. the staff were generally very friendly and hospitable

there was a large international menu but I had some difficulty finding options that were available. I love Indian food so that’s fine, but at times I just wanted something simple and healthy (steamed veg, etc) after eating a lot of rich and spicy food, and it wasn’t always straight forward. but I did find you could talk to the restaurant AMS get them to make something for you.

Rooms and Food was nice

it was my first night with my wife . i asked for certain arrengments, which were not made . Also multiple staffs asked me for my room no. ! Which was quite annoying .
