The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The design of the room is very sweet. The balcony and wardrobe is quite spacious. The toilet is divided into 3 parts and quite spacious. Pleasant to wake up with a nice view at balcony. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. When we check in the room they have already set up 3 bed for us. There are two types of slippers provided in the room quite different from other hotel that I have seen.

The only thing is the toilet have lesser hooks to hang clothes near shower area. The air conditioner is centralized half, way the night it become quite warm and cannot adjust.

 it felt like stepping into a French castle. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed provided the utmost comfort, making our stay truly delightful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The serene surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The swimming pool and addition of a games room for kids, featuring pool table, adds a fun and family-friendly touch. I stayed at the hotel in March 2023 for 19 nights. The room was large, bed was comfortable and bathroom large and well equipped. I came to the hotel after a difficult year and wanted somewhere to relax and this hotel was perfect. Excellent sports facilities including a well equipped Gym with staff support. The sports staff Nim took us on a free cycling trip to the local temple on the hill (90 Mins) and a free canoe trip down the river beside the hotel (60 mins) she also took free Yoga sessions in the garden and Aerobics in the pool - excellent sporting facilities by a member of staff with a sports degree. Breakfast was free and great - homemade yoghurt, selection of fresh bread and a great salad bar along with eggs cooked by chef and various local and national hot dishes - a really great choice. Dinner in the hotel was delicious too - a menu of local and healthy food and a great cocktail menu. The Housekeeping staff Nong was excellent and kept our room clean and even gave us presents of food and toiletries that were very welcome - felt really spoiled during my stay and immediately at home - thoroughly recommended!

there really was nothing that I didn't like

the room was spaciuos and bed comfortable. the staff were friendly.

the swimming pool water was slightly turbid, the walkway tiles around the pool were slippery and hazardous. the garden maintenance was spotty as the lawn outside the dinning area was neglected. i accedently discovered that there was a walk way along the river side. it was tranquil with marverous scenery. it could be a high point if the hotel would improve the connecting walk and some seating facility on the river bank. most dishes in the restaurant were way over priced, and service staff need traing on their knowdge and attentiveness. we were welcomed when we enter, but no one care to see us off. the food

There are many kinds of food provided for breakfast. Moreover, the room was comfortable and quite big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, so I didn't really need to request for the extra bed.

The big carpet on the floor because I think it will cause allergy to the hotel guest. I suggest the hotel should provide more doormat and should have towel rack on the balcony to dry the wet clothes such as swimming suit.

The staff has upgraded our rooms. Therefore the room is spacious and clean. Very beautiful garden, makes you feel very relaxed and refreshed. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

The staff is very nice and polite but sometimes I cannot understand her English.

I like everything about this hotel. I have stayed here before and really love the immaculate grounds and the tranquil atmosphere, especially at the pool. The pool is great btw!! Their breakfasts never disappoint as they always have a wide variety of foods to choose from. I loved the fresh baquettes they had as well.

During this stay I found the hotel a bit noisy. This ranged from noisy guests slamming doors or talking loudly in the passages, to cleaning staff talking loudly in the corridors. My son and I are pretty sure we heard people arguing a few doors from us.

Its very beautiful and serene. The place is easy to find and near to all tourist spot. The staffs are all helpful from the moment u enter the parking lot. They were offering afternoon tea when the room is still under prepare. The only cons was our room floor was a bit wet from unknown cause on the first day. But overall a very recommended nice stay for anyone who’d like to explore Khao Yai.

PERFECT stay is what i'd describe my experience at U Khao Yai. I was lucky enough to get the Superior Lake View room at around 55USD which worth every penny because the room itself is very spacious, they offer some free drink from the in-room minibar, the magical landscape view of their gardening and swimming pool facing the mini stream and waterfall. The buffet breakfast is very satisfying, they offer variety of foods and drinks.

Nothing except that the location is quite far out of town but not an issue if you have your own or rental car.

Very beautiful hotel, both internal and external. Staff are friendly. Clean room with comfortable bed. It was rabbit themed for the room and floor which I was staying, not sure if it's the same for all the floors/rooms. very sweet. The room was spacious and with nice lake view. There are garden and lake areas to to walk around and relax for travellers who are not in a rush for time.

Breakfast was below standard considering it's a 4 to 5 star rated hotel. Food was cold, including sunny side eggs, soup noodles was warm, not hot. Staff are friendly, but service was slow. Request for cultery took nearly 10 min after we sat down at our table, and it also took them nearly 10 min to serve tea upon request, although there were a number of staff walking around.
