Beautiful property with amazing atmosphere and landscape. Nice artificial river with Koi fish running through the property. Very nice room amenities and refillable minibar included. Restaurant and Tea shop are high quality. Big garden available for walking and complimentary bicycle and electric mini bike rental.

Tea room closes at 5pm which is too early. The Gym was very small and not the same level as the property, it felt like a small boutique hotel Gym. The Private Pool Villa design was not the best. Maximum 5% of the pool get sunshine all day long which I did not like. On top of that pool not temperature controlled making the water way too cold to swim during our stay which was a waste of money. The living room was way too small and not attached to the Villa making it unpractical and useless for us.

The facilities for children is excellent. The play areas. The beautiful surroundings. The movie night was great. Majority of the service. Even liked the storage area for suitcases in the room.

The beds were short and I’m not a tall man. The breakfast is quite poor for the standard of the hotel. When we ordered room service the food came in cling film and it makes the food soggy and unpleasant. This is likely a Covid related procedure that should stop in my opinion. Sometimes the communication from staff wasn’t good. Also the service in the restaurant differed greatly depending what staff were on. Most were excellent. As you spend more time around the hotel you notice lots of little broken bits. Also, on our last day we planned to use the pool but it got closed for a reason not communicated. Also some of the artificial river parts were dirty with broken tools left in.

✭ Incredible atmosphere and stunning nature ✭ restaurant for lunch and dinner was great and the prices were good also ✭ loved the movie night and popcorn outside. even had blankets for everyone! ✭ location is very good, not a lot of drive through Khao Yai and is surrounded by more food options ✭ room is very clean, specious, beautiful view from the window and loved the old style ✭ team was great Our two dogs had a wonderful time and a great getaway from the city Thank you for this experience!!

✭ could be great to have more vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet ✭ a bit struggling to go through stairs with a stroller ✭ we were on a colder days so outside pool was not an option (water is a bit cold)

Love the environment which carries a beautiful garden with a stream full of koi. Nice landscape. Enjoyed breakfast as well, though the spread is not extremely wide. Love the concept of movie screening which the staff puts up the projector day to day with rugs and bean bags to enjoy entertainment in the open grounds. It is also good they have a gate to ensure only guests have entry to the compound and premises. Even during nighttime, the place is beautifully lit with tiny lights.

Nothing.... But perhaps champagne/prosecco offered at breakfast will complete the full experience :)

1) The architecture is so pretty, 2) Staffs are very friendly. 3) They have outdoor movie at night for guests which is very effort and nice. 4) christmas decoration is lovely and ambience feel so good tt we decided not to go out one of the night and morning stay longer before going out. 5) Spa massage service is good.

1) The toilet flush get choke and we hv to do few times to get it clear. 2) The refillable bottled water provided to us have some funny taste. Suggest they provide sealed natural bottled water for hygiene purpose. 3) The queen size bed is shaky. 4) Spa massage only have 1 staff and they close earlier. They should hv online booking.

The establishment was very well maintained. The trees, flowers, were very well upkeep. Breakfast variety was a good spread. Very generous by offering guests free of charge mini bars and snacks...very refreshing indeed as I had never seen others doing so..it is very important as there wasn't any 7 11 stores nearby for guests who do not drive. One side of the open air carpark was not brightly lighted, the security did a good job to help direct users with torch lights. Bedding and pillows was extremely comfortable

The pool side was pretty sad thou. Pool was small, the sun beds were not well placed. We were the only ones who used the pool, others were there to take selfie shot and left.

The property itself,jogging track in the morning,garden,very good location. In overall, I would rate the Hotel 8.8.

Not dislike but think should improve. We accomodated as family in villa but the amenities seems not adequate for number of persons we booked for like coffee cup,plates(surprised,no plates available) ,knife...,which you can request and we would get not slowly but I think these amenities should be provided automatically. The coffee machine also doesn't work properly. So,to say,for the room type,we selected,we think it should be better.

This is just an amazing property, one of the best stays, we stayed in deluxe pond room, it was super clean and the staff was very welcoming and attentive! The hotel is very big property and provides many activities within the hotel like cycling, children’s playground, mini zipline, slides and more. The property itself worth to take many photos and offers many picturesque locations for taking photos. There are few restaurants, and many mini supermarkets about 1.5km from the hotel to the left side of the hotel

We stayed in a Family Suite at the Marlow block which was centrally located within Thanes Valley Hotel. The room amenities exceeded our expectations. It was well provided with complimentary coffee capsules,, variety of tea, snacks n various canned n bottled drinks. Breakfast spread was very good. All staffs in the entire hotel were very friendly n delivered very excellent services. The whole hotel compound was very clean and beautiful.. Location of hotel was very good, too, that it was very near to places we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended hotel.

Everything was just too good. Excellent property, Movie time in the evening was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Staff also served us with Vegetarian breakfast when asked that was vey appreciative.

Nowadays almost all Hotels and Resorts have allergen information on food items served so in my view Thames should also incorporate the policy of showing Ingredients list on food items especially in Buffet breakfast like on Bread, Scone, Croissant etc. about Eggs, Gluten, Seafood and other.
